Robbie scoffs out a laugh, pressing his forehead to mine. I wrap my arms around his neck.
“I’m sure,” I tell him.
Without breaking my eye contact, Robbie reaches out to the side, moving his hand around until he finds what he’s looking for. He raises the foil packet up between us, tearing the edge of it open with his teeth. Now, he finally has to pull his eyes away from me as he looks down at what he’s doing. I keep my eyes on his face, watching his brow furrow and his tongue poke out of the corner of his mouth in concentration as he pulls out the condom and rolls it onto himself.
He must have successfully figured it out, because now his eyes are back on my face and he’s slowly laying us back down. I can feel both our hearts hammering against our pressed together chests, and it feels like it creates the perfect rhythm for whatever dance we’re about to do. Robbie swallows hard, reaching one shaky hand between us, guiding his length to my entrance. He doesn’t press into me right away, but simply against me, running his swollen tip through my slick folds. And just that alone sends a sensation through me that I’ve never felt before, a whine bursting out of me and my muscles tightening up.
“Baby, I need you to trust me,” Robbie whispers. “Can you do that?”
“Yes,” I answer instantly.
“I need you to relax.”
Oh, how easy. No problem.
I try to force my body to go limp, but it’s not working, my mind fighting against my muscles.
Robbie’s thumb brushes my cheekbone as he places a kiss just below the hollow of my throat. “It’s probably going to hurt a little at first, but you can take it.”
My cheeks warm as I look up at Robbie under heavy eyelids, pride filling my chest at his words.
“Take a deep breath for me, baby,” Robbie whispers.
I take the deepest breath I can manage, feeling Robbie just barely press forward as I do.
“Now, let it out. Let it all out, Cooper.”
My lips part, the air blowing out of me, just as Robbie slides himself all the way inside me in one languid push.
My head falls back against the blanket. “Oh my God.”
“Breathe, baby. Breathe,” he whispers against my hair.
“I–I can’t.”
“Youcan,” Robbie insists, turning my face so I have to meet his eyes. “You’re okay. It’s just me. You know you can take me, Cooper.”
I bite down on my lip, nodding my head.
“I’m gonna move now, okay, baby?” Robbie says.
“Okay,” I breathe.
And he does.
Slow, steady, and restrained, Robbie pulls out of me just a few inches before pushing back in, repeating the motion several times. At first, it stings. I’m not sure it feels right. I’m not sure that his confidence in me is warranted, because I reallydon’tthink I can take him.
But then, gradually, the pain starts to fade, replaced by something else entirely. And suddenly it feels more right than anything else in the world.
“Oh,wow…” I murmur.
“That’s my girl,” Robbie drawls, his fingers gripping my hip.
His speed increases as I grow more comfortable, Robbie reading the way my body responds to him like a book. If Robbie liked my sounds before, he must be having a field day now as I feel completely out of control of my mouth, moans and whines and gasps slipping out with every thrust he makes inside of me.
Robbie looks down at me, his nose grazing mine as he watches me. At the same moment, his forearms hook around my thighs, dragging me closer and changing the angle just slightly, hitting an entirely new spot inside me that makes me feel euphoric. My hands shoot out, grabbing at any part of him that I can. I grasp at his shoulders and the back of his neck, but it doesn’t feel like enough, and I hear myself let out a frustrated breath. Robbie’s movements slow down as I do so, his lips pressing together and eyes squinting. And then, before I even realize what’s happening, Robbie’s reaching up and grabbing both of my hands and pushing them into his hair, using his fingers around my own to thread into his brunette locks. And it’s not until he pulls his own hands away that my eyes go wide, realizing what he’s done.
“Robbie, I–”
