Having Sybil confirming the men are on board with what’s happening dissolves some of the tension from the situation.

But I still take a moment to speak with Zane and Nico before Camille arrives. We’ve decided to do this in one of the resort’s deluxe suites. That seems more neutral than staging it in my home, plus these rooms were quite literally built for sex.

“Gentlemen.” I tug at my tie, then remember I’m not wearing one. I settle for fiddling with the top button on my white linen shirt. “I appreciate you joining me to fulfill Camille’s fantasy. I know it might feel…unusualto have the resort owner be part of an enchantment.”

“Unusualis my jam.” Zane grins broadly, bumping Nico with his elbow. “The last enchantment I did before break was the Sizzle and Zing.”

“Oh yeah, I got one of those last month.” Nico laughs. “I also had the Baby Blue twice in one day.”

So…electrostimulation and the enchantment where a guest swaddles the consort and treats him like a baby? Clearly, these men can handle a broad range of play.

But this is Camille we’re talking about. “I want her to leave here feeling like the goddess she is. I know you’re professionals, and your guest feedback has been impeccable. But this woman is exquisite.”

At that, both men nod. “We know,” Nico says. “With all due respect, your girlfriend is hot.”

Girlfriend.

I like how that sounds. In the forty-eight hours since I won Camille back, I haven’t stopped smiling about it. I’m in love with the thought of spending my future adoring a stunning, intelligent, hilariously clever human. I love her laugh, her quick wit, her gentle compassion.

I loveher.

A knock at the door alerts me it’s showtime. “Gentlemen.” I start toward the door, feeling my heart start to pound. “Everyone ready?”

The men both nod as I pull open the door. Camille stands smiling, holding a bottle of wine. “I’m here!” She hands me the bottle and steps into the room, looking a little bit nervous. “This is my first official enchantment, so I wasn’t sure about the protocol. Seemed wrong to show up at a party without a hostess gift. Am I the hostess?”

God, she’s adorable. And sexy. And funny. “Would you like a glass?”

“Yes, please.” She strolls into the room and greets Zane and Nico. “Thanks for agreeing to fuck me.”

Both men burst out laughing. They begin to make small talk as I head to the bar for a corkscrew and glasses. Camille takes a seat on a sofa that faces the sliding glass door, which I’ve cracked to let in a brisk ocean breeze. Zane claims a spot on her right, while Nico makes himself comfortable on the loveseat.

“I can already tell this is going to be fun.” Zane drapes an arm on the back of the couch, fingertips grazing her shoulder. She smiles and he glances at me to make sure it’s okay.

It is. I love watching her easy rapport with the men. Seeing her sunshine spread over everyone else sets me at ease.

Nico’s long legs sprawl out in front of him. “Guests with a sense of humor have a lot more fun with these kinds of enchantments.”

“In that case,” she says, “Ash Hole and I will be a goddamn barrel of monkeys.”

Zane cocks an eyebrow. “Ash Hole?”

I return to the sitting room with four glasses of crisp Sauvignon Blanc on a tray. “Among other things, that will never leave this room.”

“Our lips are sealed.” Nico grabs a glass and grins at Camille. “At least until we put them all over your body.”

I wait for the sharp sting of jealousy, or for this to feel strange. It’s not every day a man sits around with the woman he loves and two men they’ve invited to join them for sex.

But Camille’s gentle smile and the men’s easy chatter makes it all feel quite normal. Like things will unfold exactly as they’re meant to.

For ten or twelve minutes, I tune out their chatter and just watch Camille. She’s unbelievably breathtaking. The curve of her shoulder, the bergamot scent of her hair. The petal-soft skin I’m aching to touch as she crosses her legs. As her pale-yellow sundress slides over her knee, my mouth starts to water.

The instant she grazes my arm with her fingers, my whole body hums with desire. I’m watching her mouth as she speaks, detailing the story of our first meeting.

“And then he let me stay,” she concludes, taking a sip of her wine.

Nico grins. “Can you blame the guy?”

“I’d have done the same.” Zane glances at me, his hand now resting on her bare knee. “Easy to see why you fell for each other.”
