Page 69 of Ghost

“You look so nervous tonight.” Reina frowns, flipping her hair off her shoulders. “When’s the last time you got laid?”

“I don’t know,” I lie.

Reina rolls her eyes. “It’s not good for you to hold onto all that pent-up tension. You need some dick. Trust me, you’ll feel better.”

She’s not wrong, given I feel much better after Ghost fucked me sideways, but I can’t tell her that.

Venom finally stops in front of us, and Reina immediately starts batting her eyelashes at him.

“Shots?” She nudges my arm.

“Just a gin and tonic.”

“Lame.” Reina rolls her eyes, turning her attention back to Venom as someone taps me on the shoulder.

I turn to see Soul and Stevie standing next to me.

“Luna, settle a bet for us.” Soul grins.

Venom is still deep in conversation with Reina and is in no rush to get me a drink, so I decide I can use the distraction.

“All right.” I turn on my barstool, and Soul’s gaze immediately falls to my bare legs.

“Nice outfit.”

“You woke me up. So this is what you get. Pajamas.”

“Didn’t say I was complaining.” He winks. “But it’s only two-thirty in the morning. Why the fuck are you sleeping?”

“Most people go to bed before the next day rolls around.”

Soul glances around. “Not here.”

“Hence why you fit in so well.”

“You’re getting off track.” Stevie knocks Soul on the chest.

“Right. Right.” Soul brushes his dark-blond hair off his forehead, straightening his spine. “Stevie doesn’t think I could fuck a girl while I ride.”

“On your motorcycle?”

“Obviously.”

“While moving?” I hitch an eyebrow.

“See.” Stevie laughs. “Told you it’s fucking stupid.”

“You do realize if you crash, you’re breaking a hell of a lot more than just your dick, right?” My eyebrows knit.

“I won’t crash then.” Soul grins.

Stevie shakes his head, crossing his arms over his chest. “I swear something is wrong with you, brother. Sex doesn’t need to be an Olympic sport. What happened to just getting laid?”

“Who says itdoesn’thave to be an Olympic sport?” Soul argues. “It’s not a crime to enjoy fucking.”

“Here. Here.” Mayhem cheers, stopping between them and smiling, clearly done with his little performance with Kristen.

I roll my eyes. “It’s not a crime to survive your sexcapades though. It’s one thing to have fun, but it’s another to lose all your skin fucking someone.”
