“Let me pull up a map.” Korben stretched his fingers over a holo and a map of the planet expanded in front of them.

Sim-pony gasped. “That is so cool.”

Tiegan glanced at her.

She looked away.

“Adhi, tell me again where you were when you appeared on the planet?”

Adhi crinkled her nose. “I don’t know.”

“Describe it again,” Korben insisted, closing his eyes.

Adhi nervously tugged on the hem of her tunic. “There were lots of trees. I think… I saw a dome in the distance. It had a shiny metal top.”

“Did this dome have a red slash over it?” Zar asked, straightening.

She nodded.

“The fallen spaceship of the Uldimar Raiders,” Pin murmured. He knew it well. The ship was where he met his mate. “It is in this section of the planet.” He pinched the holo until it zoomed in. “Around here.”

“The ontenta occupy this region.” Tiegan drew a circle over the holo, highlighting the spot. “They would not attack unless they sense a threat. It is very likely Adhi stumbled on one of their nests.”

Korben swiped his fingers over the holo and pointed to the map, “Sim-pony appeared in the sacred damas. Here.”

“Denizi,” Tiegan whispered, a realization dawning.

“What?” Adhi asked.

Tiegan tapped the holo and marked the cliffs. “This is where Sim-pony and I found Adhi.”

A stunned look crossed Korben’s face. “It is almost geometric.”

“Not quite.” Clavas frowned at the marks on the holo. “Adhi appeared too close to both Sim-pony and the other female. For it to make sense, there needs to be one more…” He swiped the map and the holo buzzed. “Right… here.”

Tiegan expanded the holo so they could see all the points together. Indeed, with the fourth dot, there was a perfect triangle formed.

“Let me program a bright light…” Pin mumbled, tapping on the holo. “Was it like this?” He nodded at Sim-pony. “Or wider?”

“That’s it,” Sim-pony breathed in horror.

Pin fashioned the light into the holo and stepped back. At once, three beams of light pulsed from the triangle’s key points. It collided in the middle, hovering right over Adhi’s original landing point.

Tiegan blinked in surprise.

Korben held a hand over his mouth.

Clavas cursed.

The rest of the warriors stood stock still.

“What is it?” Adhi mumbled. “What is everyone staring at?”

“We can see the burn marks.” Pin frowned.

“What?” Sim-pony squinted at the holos. “I can’t see anything.”

Korben pointed. “The vegetation around your landing points has a higher concentration of energy.” He blinked. “Adhi’s landing point has the highest concentration between the three.”
