Chapter 10
Hollie
Ican feel his hands on my skin, burning a path in their wake, and I’ve never felt more alive. His tongue follows the same path as his fingers, and I let out a needy whimper.
“Are you dreaming of me, sweetheart?” a husky voice says beside me.
I nod, wanting to relish in the dream. I grind back against the warm, hard body behind me.
“Does it make you wet thinking about last night? I dreamed about you, too.” His hand squeezes my hip, and my eyes shoot open.Oh no, I’m not dreaming anymore.
I shoot off the bed like a rocket and shout, “Oh my God!”
Once out of bed, I adjust my pajamas and look down to realize my nipples are hard and poking through the material. My arms fly across my chest, but I know that the damage is already done.
I look around the room and find my “great wall of pillows” on the floor—on my side of the bed.
Ollie pushes himself up in bed, the sheet dropping around his waist. He follows my gaze to the discarded pillows. “Hey, don’t look at me. I went to bed with the great wall of pillows still intact between us, and I woke up with you against me, grinding that sweet ass along my dick like a dog in heat.”
I squeeze my eyes shut and shake my head. This wasn’t happening. “Oh, my God. Please, just kill me now.”
“Hey, hey.” Ollie shuffles, throwing the blankets off, and rushes out of bed to be right in front of me. Wearing nothing but black boxers and a very hard dick.Holy fuck, I definitely wasn’t exaggerating in my dreams. It’s one thing to feel it last night, but sweet Jesus, there’s no hiding it with the way the material of his boxers clings to his erection.
Once again, he follows my gaze.Stop staring at his dick, Holland. And when his eyes meet mine, he smirks and shrugs. “Can’t you blame a guy for reacting to a beautiful woman in his arms, can you?”
Moments pass between us. Ugh, I’m making a mess of things between assaulting him in the elevator with our make-out session, followed by the incident this morning. What the hell is wrong with me?
“It’s okay, we’re both adults. Nothing is wrong with you, Holls.” I hadn’t realized I had said the last part aloud.
“Here you are doing something nice for me, and I’m taking advantage of you.” I can feel tears threatening to spill over.
“You’re not taking advantage of me, so get out of your head. I won’t ever put pressure on you for anything. And if you forgot, I was a willing participant in both incidents.”
We stare at each other, and I wish I could figure out what the hell is going through his mind.
“How about this?” He steps back and claps his hands together. “Why don’t you go take a bath in that tub and relax?”
“A bath? Are you kidding me right now?”
“No, I’m being serious. Go take someyoutime.”
He spins me around and all but pushes me into the bathroom. I stare at myself in the mirror, not even sure who the hell it is that is staring back at me.What is this man doing to me?
By the time the water runs cold and I’m all wrinkly like a prune, I have to admit that he was right, and that was exactly what I needed.
I wrap myself in a white fluffy hotel robe and redo my hair into a messy bun. When I open the bathroom door, I’m frozen in the doorway. Oliver is standing at the table by the sliding glass door, now wearing the same gym shorts he was last night, and in front of him is an assortment of plates full of breakfast foods.
As if he could sense me watching him, he glances back at me and smiles.
“What’s all this?”
“Umm—it’s breakfast. I wasn’t really sure what you liked, so I kind of went a little overboard.”
“I can’t believe you did all this for me.” My voice hitches slightly.
“Of course I did. Why wouldn’t I?”
I shrug as I walk over to him with my hands clasped to my chest. “I guess I’m just not used to doing things with others, or more so, others doing things for me.”
