Sometime later, Linus trudged to his classroom, the next hour stretching ahead of him like an eternity.

He opened the door and glanced around listlessly, not expecting to see anyone interesting.

Except there was an alpha in the back row, dressed in a leather jacket, his laptop open in front of him.

Linus’ heart stuttered.

Storm looked up. Their gazes met and held, electricity sparking between them. Just like at Sweet Creams.

And like before, it felt as though they were the only two people in the room.

For a wild second, Linus wondered what it would feel like, if Storm came up to him and pressed him up against the wall.

Am I the only one feeling this way?

Linus ducked his head and hurried to his desk, his cheeks stained pink.

He fumbled with his slides. Years of routine put him on autopilot; it was all he could do when he felt his body growing wet again, his underwear turning into a mess the longer Storm watched him.

Linus slipped up with teaching, too. He forgot his words a few times, a blush creeping up his chest.

Storm didn’t look back at his laptop. Instead, he raked those intense blue eyes over Linus, from head to toe.

Linus wasn’t going to present for him in front of the entire class. But it was a near thing.

I’m not even in heat yet.

He swayed on his feet, so damn thankful that he had found an old bottle of scent suppressant in his office and sprayed himself down with it.

Some of his students frowned in concern. No one said anything though, which was a blessing.

By the time class was over, Linus was shaking, his insides so hot that he needed to be bent over and stuffed.

No one else has made me feel this hot before.

He fumbled with his things until his students had cleared out of the classroom. Storm was the last to leave, his backpack slung over one shoulder, his eyes dark.

“You okay, Professor?” Storm rumbled, prowling over to Linus’ desk. He raked his gaze down Linus’ body in a telling sweep that sent more slick trickling down Linus’ thighs.

“I’m f-fine,” Linus whimpered.

“You’re going straight home, right?” Storm frowned. “Get some rest.”

Linus nodded jerkily. What Storm didn’t know was that Linus would be getting a lot of ‘bed rest’.

Storm rapped his knuckles on the corner of Linus’ desk, then pulled away and left the classroom.

Linus blew out a sigh of relief. He decided not to drop off his things at his office. Instead, he headed straight for the parking lot, getting into his Jeep.

A black motorcycle pulled out of the parking lot right then. Was that Storm? Linus couldn’t tell.

But it was definitely an alpha on that bike, strong thighs wrapped around that machine, powerful body curled over it as though he was about to... fuck the motorcycle?

I’m going crazy,Linus thought. He palmed himself and drove out of the parking lot, subconsciously following that motorcycle.

He lost the bike at a stoplight and almost wailed. When he finally parked next to his apartment building, Linus stumbled out of his Jeep, hugging his bag to his chest as he stumbled home.

He wasn’t sure how he got into his apartment. All he knew was his clothes coming off, his feet carrying him to his bed.
