Was it wet? I bet that shit was good.
Liam:
I got dibs on the second nigga to hit.
I swiped out of the group chat and tossed my phone on the nightstand. I wasn’t going to give them niggas the satisfaction tonight. Nah, I’d dead that bet shit tomorrow. Faye didn’t deserve this shit.
“I placed a bet that I would be the first one to fuck you.” I stared down at her. She was snoring even louder now. “I’m sorry.”
My eyes closed as sleep and guilt consumed me. I’d fix this shit and officially get my girl in the morning.
The soundof my phone ringing and vibrating on the nightstand jolted me from my sleep, causing my eyes to fly open. The mind-blowing sex Jax had delivered last night flashed through my head as the morning light seeped through the curtains. The light sound of a man’s snore let me know he hadn’t snuck out on me in the wee hours of the morning, even though I wish he had.
“Shit!”
I raised slightly in search of my phone, spotting it on the other side of Jax. The fact that he was still here was confusing the fuck out of me. Why had I let this man stay the night? That was rule number one when entertaining one-night stands. Get the dick and get out of dodge.
“Jax!”
I nudged him just as my phone started vibrating again. Lifting up slightly, I reached over Jax’s naked body and retrieved it, glancing at the screen to see who it was.
“Nope, not right now.”
I shook my head as I declined the video call request from my mom. Of course, it was my mom calling. We never missed a morning check in. I glanced between my phone and Jax. I’d rather not explain my life choices to her right now. My mom was my best friend but explaining why I was naked in bed with infamous hockey ho Jaxton Saint on the most important morning of my life wasn’t on my to-do list.
“Jaxton, wake up.”
I nudged him again, leaning closer. He stirred just a little, mumbling something unintelligible and pulling me into his arms.
“Jaxton,” I whined. My voice grew louder. “You got to leave.”
“Leave?” He cracked one eye open and grinned. “I ain’t never leaving.”
His deep, groggy voice sent shivers down my spine. This man had no business being this damn intoxicating. He almost had me wanting to lie up and cuddle, and that was something I hadn’t done since Avery passed.
“You can’t stay,” I reminded him, trying to assert some authority as his hands roamed my body.
“It’s almost noon.” I sighed. “God, if someone sees you leaving my room… I can’t have any scandal attached to my name, Jaxton! Especially not this early in my career.”
A cocky smile displayed on his lips.
“But I haven’t gotten enough of you yet.” He snaked his hand between my legs and rubbed it across my wet folds. “Shit, it’s ready for me.”
“Jax—” I protested but a soft moan rolled off my lips. My body was giving in to him.
“You are worried too much about people knowing we were together. It can be good for your image,” he said.
“Or they’ll think I’m your latest conquest,” I shot back, rolling my eyes. “Sneak linking with Jaxton Saint isn’t the publicity I want fueling my career.”
“Who said I was just a sneaky link?” he countered, popping one of my breasts in his mouth. “Mm, I love these big juicy motherfuckers.”
He rolled his tongue over my nipple.
“Jax—”
I squirmed. My pussy begged for him to enter me again. His mouth felt so perfect, and flashes of how good he slurped me up last night played in my head. The phone vibrated again, sending some common sense floating back to my brain. The glam squad the network had hired to get me ready for the award show was on the way. I had to snap out of the trance he had me in and get Jaxton Saint out of my room before that became the headline.
“Jax, you need to move. Hair and makeup are on their way here.”
