I also hear our songs with a heavy heart. Today, while I was eating at a little trattoria in Llanes, “You Are the Sunshine of My Life” by Stevie Wonder came on, and I remembered when he ordered me to get out of the car to dance with him in the middle of the street in Munich. I love him, but I’m afraid. I’m afraid I’ll never stop suffering.
