I found his shorts and the condom. Ripped it open. He tried to take it from me, but I held it away. “Allow me,” I said.
“Oh God, Mia,” he said, his muscles bunching in his neck as I took charge.
I had never been this bold, this brave, in my life.
I had never felt this sexy before, or this desirable.
And then, I slid down onto him, my breath hitching in my chest with each inch. Jason’s hands held my hips firmly.
“Don’t move,” he said. “Give me one sec.”
He moved inside me, and I involuntarily clenched. He moaned, took in a deep breath, slowly let it out. His hands, still on my hips, pushed me up, then back down.
I didn’t need to be told twice.
I moved to find better leverage, put my knees on either side of him, then found the railing above his head. I held it tight as we moved together, first slowly, then faster, our rhythm in sync. No awkward fumbles. Had our bodies known each other in a previous life? I felt like I was with a stranger... and with someone I had known forever.
And I was on the verge of another orgasm. I wanted to let go. I wanted to scream with the overwhelming lust that unexpectedly flowed through me.
“Jason,” I gasped.
“Now,” he said.
I sank down on him, one final plunge, and I screamed into the night. His body convulsed beneath mine as I collapsed on top of him.
We lay like that for five, ten, fifteen minutes? I didn’t know. Time stopped. Then a breeze rolled over me, and I shivered, remembered that I was naked and sweaty. We shifted, Jason adjusted himself, and we leaned against the railing, my head on his chest.
“Wow,” I said, my mouth dry.
“Definitely,” he said.
The ocean seemed lighter around us, and I bolted up. “Is someone coming?”
“No,” he said, and pulled me back down to him. “Look.”
He gestured toward the island. It appeared to be glowing. As we watched, the moon rose. It was two days shy of a full moon and cast a blue-gray tinge on the world around us.
“You’re cold,” he said.
“I don’t want to move.”
“I promised you another orgasm,” he said. “Let’s try the bed.”
“You actually promised me two more,” I teased, and kissed him. “I won’t hold you to it.”
“Is that a dare?”
“Maybe.”
“I accept the challenge, Mia Crawford.”
He helped me up, and we went down to the stateroom.
Jason finished the challenge to my complete and total satisfaction.
Chapter Thirty-One
“For there to be betrayal, there would have to have been trust first.”
