I lean in closer to her as if I might allow my lips to brush hers, and she closes her eyes, waiting. Instead, I turn so my mouth is right next to her ear and whisper, “Tell me you want me to.”

Her eyes pop open wide as I slide my hand back down to the damp fabric between her thighs and push it aside. Then stop. My fingertip hovers just above her wet slit.

She maintains fierce eye contact as she whispers hoarsely, “Fuck you.”

I raise my eyebrows at her and whisper back, “Wrong answer.”

Withdrawing my hand, I press my hard cock against her ass as I wipe my damp fingertips across her stomach. I laugh softly and whisper in her ear, “It’s a shame. You’re so wet for me, kitten.”

“I fucking hate you,” she hisses.

“Sure doesn’t feel like it.”I slide my hands over her hips and will myself to focus on finding the flash drive and not all the ways I want to tear into her right now.

“Did you try to fuck my sister, too? Search her for your precious flash drive before you blew her up?” Her voice is sharp, her glare sharper. “What now? Kill me because I’m no use to you anymore?”

What the fuck? She thinks I killed her sister? I’m glad she’s facing away from me, because it takes a split second for me to recover.

“Who said you’re no use to me?” I snap, slapping her ass hard and pushing her toward Vin.

He doesn’t even glance up, still glued to his phone, hisirritation evident in the slow roll of his shoulders.

She stops just short of crashing into him, whirls back around, and plants her hands on her hips. Defiance blazes in her eyes. “What the fuck do you want from me now?”

“Get the flash drive, kitten,” I say, my tone mocking, just to rile her up. It works.

“I don’t fucking have it!” she shouts, her cheeks flushed with fury. “And even if I did, I’d destroy it before I ever gave it to you. There’s no fucking way I’m handing over whatever it is Emily died for!”

I close the distance in a heartbeat, my hand wrapping around her throat as I pin her against the dumpster. Her breath catches, and her hands clutch at my wrist, fear creeping into her eyes.

Yeah, you fucked up, kitten.

“I’m not a man you want to cross, Siena,” I snarl. “I’ve killed people for less.”

Vin catches my eye over her shoulder, taking out his earbud and shaking his head slightly, indicating his phone. I exhale sharply. We had men search her car and slap a tracker on it when we spotted her, and they must not have found the flash drive.

Her wide eyes are locked on mine, equal parts fear and fire. I lean in closer until her ragged breaths warm my face. “Here’s what’s going to happen. You’re going to go retrieve the flash drive from wherever you have it stashed.”

Vin hands me her phone, and I release her throat to take it from him and hold it up to her face. It unlocks with a click.

“When you find it,” I say, handing the phone back to Vin, “you’ll call the number my partner’s saving in your contacts under ‘Bennett.’ Bennett will tell you what to do next.”

“Fuck you,” she rasps, her voice weak but venomous. My gaze drops to her lips—wet, parted, and fucking tempting.

Fuck. Focus.

“If I have to hunt you down again, I won’t be nearly as nice next time.” I step in close to her, dragging my gaze down her curvy body. “Be a good girl, Siena. Do what you’re told. I promise you don’t want to see me angry.”

Vin drops her phone into her bag and steps back, crossing his arms.

It’s quiet for a beat. Siena glares at me, her chest rising and falling with uneven breaths, and I stare back at her, unwilling to look away.

Vin glances back and forth between us like he’s trying to figure out what’s happening.

There’s nothing more to say, but I don’t move. My body is so close to hers that her tits brush slightly against my shirt with each breath she takes. Neither of us moves away, as though some invisible rope is tying us together.

What the fuckis itabout this woman?

Vin clears his throat, a glint of amusement in his eye. “So, uh…we done here or…?”
