Waylon reached his hand out for me, and I shook it reluctantly. His eyes twinkled, probably laughing at my obvious jealousy. Why hide it? Ryder wasmine. Then he reached for Father, who didn’t seem bothered at all. “Nice to meet you, Waylon,” he said.

I huffed, not even pretending to be happy. I pulled out a fresh lollipop from my pocket, unwrapped it, and shoved it in my mouth as Ryder and Waylon chatted and drank watered-down beer as unfamiliar music blasted through the speakers.

Ryder turned his attention to me and leaned forward to be heard over the music. “I wish we could dance. I’d love to teach you country dancing.”

I’d put up with country music for that. Definitely.

Waylon suddenly grabbed Ryder’s hand and tugged on him. “Why can’t you dance? Fuck these people. They can get over it.”

My jaw dropped as Waylon dragged Ryder to the dance floor and fucking danced. I stood with fisted hands but calmed when Father placed a gentle hand on my shoulder.

“Easy there, Tiger. If you weren’t so busy being blinded by jealousy, you would see that Waylon was intentionally messing with you. It’s obvious how you feel… well, except to Ryder. He’s clearly oblivious, but in a cute way.”

I huffed and watched Waylon and Ryder dance, chat, and laugh. Suddenly, Ryder pulled away and walked back toward me with Waylon close behind, eyeing me with a smirk.

“No hard feelings,” he said, chuckling when he reached the table. “I did it, so it was obvious to Ryder about your reaction to me because clearly he didn’t notice. And to show him no one will give a shit if he dances with his guys.”

Father was right. I instantly deflated. That didn’t mean my jealousy completely vanished. “Sorry, I…”

“It’s all good. As long as you take care of my friend, we’re friends.”

Father grabbed my shoulder. “See?”

As a slower song came on, Ryder took my hand and kissed it. “Do you want to dance?”

I bit my bottom lip and nodded, feeling ridiculous at my earlier reaction. “Yeah.”

I dropped my candy on the table as he pulled me to stand and dragged me to the dance floor before wrapping his arms around my waist. My arms went around his neck, and we started to sway to the slow beat. I looked around the dance floor as couples danced. There were a few curious glances at us, but no one said anything directly to us. My body instantly relaxed as I looked up into Ryder’s pretty eyes.

“I like being able to hold you like this in public,” I said.

“So do I, baby.”

“I’m sorry I’ve been such a sour brat tonight.”

“If it were you who was friends with Waylon, I’d be jealous, too.”

“Yeah?”

“Yep. But I only have eyes for you and Knox. I love you both so much. Don’t you ever doubt it.”

I smiled and rested my head on his shoulder. “I won’t.”

Chapter 28

Knox

Myeyesflutteredopenafter taking a quick nap on the plane to find Finn and Ryder leaving their seats in front of me and heading toward the restroom. If one had left, it would have made sense, but two? They were about to do something they shouldn’t. When they slid into the bathroom, Finn winked back at me.

That naughty boy.

Ryder had said he wouldn’t do anything without me, but there was no sense of jealousy on my part, especially since I knew Finn was being intentionally naughty for me. Ryder was most likely in on it.

My cock tried to stir to life with the thought of them going at it in there, imaging them in the tightly enclosed space, bumping elbows and knees against walls as they tried to pull down their pants and underwear.

I stared out at the clouds below the plane’s window with a small smile on my face. As soon as we got home, they would both be punished, and I looked forward to it.

Fifteen minutes later, they came out and walked back to their seats. Ryder’s hair was a wreck, and he had a stupid and crooked smile on his face with glazed eyes. Finn was more composed, but I could tell he had come, especially with the small wet spot on his khaki slacks. No doubt, the people in the first class knew what had happened. Fortunately, no one said a thing because I wasn’t sure it was quite legal.
