“I’m so close,” I gasped.

“Fuck,” he mumbled, releasing my head. “For fuck’s sake.Come. Now.”

His permission sent a rush of endorphins through me. I groaned as my orgasm took over, and I felt him coming with me. Our come filled Rosie, my body feeling the climax from my headto my toes. The full-body thrill of coming so hard that I stopped breathing for a few moments.

We all melted against each other. My eyes squeezed shut as I savored the last few bolts of pleasure, and then Ash slowly pulled back. He rolled to the side, panting. I did the same, ending up on the other side of Rosie.

She pulled her lips off the tentacle dildo and her eyes closed, her entire body sinking into the blankets.

“If that didn’t unlock the puzzle, I don’t know what else will,” she said.

Ash let out a low chuckle and raised his head, looking around the room. My gaze followed his to the TV where the timer clicked away, signaling we had only thirty minutes left.

“Fuck,” I whispered. I looked around the room again, a little more frantic this time, and scowled. “There,” I said, pointing toward the shape of a hidden door on the wall. It looked like it had opened while we were busy.

“I can’t move yet,” Rosie groaned.

“We have to,” Ash said. “The clock is ticking.”

“Come on, sweetheart,” I said, sliding my arms around her. “Don’t you want to know what happens next?”

She cracked an eye open. With a dazed sigh, she roused herself, slowly sitting up. I tugged her close and rolled us off the bed, lifting her into my arms as I stood.

“Good.” Ash stood up and stretched his arms, glancing around the room.

The aftermath of our session was strewn everywhere. Sex toys, ropes, condoms, mussed blankets. We’d used every piece of equipment in this room to our best abilities, and now…

“Now we see what’s behind the door,” Ash said.

Rosie’s arms wrapped around my neck as I followed Ash. We crossed the room to the door, and he tugged it open, revealinganother dark hall. Unlike the blue lighting that lit this space, the hall appeared to be a cross between pink and red.

“Well,” I said. “I guess we’re going in there.”

“It’s the only way out,” Ash said. “Let’s see where it leads.”

The red hall was ominous. My grip on Hawk tightened as he stepped across the threshold, and the three of us were greeted with a cool draft of air. The door automatically closed behind us and locked.

My heart leapt to my throat. This was unlike anything I’d ever experienced. Part of me felt confused, part of me felt excited, and part of me felt a little scared.

Well, maybe scaredandaroused.

Hawk’s heart was beating fast, too. I could hear it thumping against his strong chest, my ear pressed to his skin. His palms were clammy, which made me even more nervous.

If Hawk was worried, then so was I.

“Ash,” I whispered. “Is this… part of…”

“No breaking,” he said, his tone cold. “Trust in the game master.”

The game master.

Who the fuckwasthe game master?

My mind swirled with possibilities. I looked up at Hawk, but his brows drew together in a scowl. I knew he was wondering the same thing.
