It surprised Harry to know that Eva is his cousin’s sister, the daughter of his aunt. But when his dad stated some facts about the Johnson family, he came to know how that man named Michael Johnson trapped his aunt in his love and married her. And of course the reason for his love was the fortune that his aunt carries on her name

In the present situation, Eva carries more fortune than Harry and his father. Harry didn’t know how to react, as till now he was upset that Eva didn’t invite him for her birthday party but now he is eager to know the reason behind it

Liam told Harry that now he understands the reason the Smith family is being so generous to Eva, as their only aim in keeping Eva with them is to snatch her property, and they are too evil to cross any limit to get their hands on her wealth. Harry believes in every word that his father told him, as the rivalry between Hudson and Smith is not a secret thing.

In all these thoughts, he reached near his car. Soon his eyes land upon some familiar cars and he recognise the guard that used to accompany Eva in the classes

Soon he spotted Steve, who was busy on the phone. A wave of anger rushed through Harry‘s veins and he wanted to have a few words with Steve smith

Steve was there waiting for Eva as Stephen ordered him to pick Eva. Stephen wanted to do it himself, but he knew Eva would not appreciate his presence, and he didn’t want to upset her. Steve kept admiring Stephen‘s care towards Eva. He told Stephen that he will take care of Eva And left for the address

After reaching the address, he met his security team, who were all present outside the building. He informed Stephen that he had reached on time and everything was fine but Eva was still enjoying the party, so Stephen told him to wait for some more time

After disconnecting the call, he found a very unexpected person marching towards him, so he stepped down to meet Harry Hudson

“Mr. Hudson, what brings you here? Ooh, they also invited you to this party, I guess."

“Leave that I am here to ask you something.”

“Yes, tell me."

“Don’t you people feel guilty for playing with that naive girl?”

“What do you mean, please elaborate, Mr Hudson? “ Steve asked in his firm tone, taking a step towards him

Harry chuckled and said, “As you don’t know why your family is being so kind and generous to Eva, you just want her money and only money

After that, you will throw her out of your life, won't you? I hope you and your brother will not taint her. You know what I mean?"

Listening to the last statement, Steve couldn’t hold more on his anger and plunged upon Harry to beat the shit out of the statement.

Harry didn’t get scared rather was ready to defend himself as well to beat Steve

Soon Harry’s security team that used to follow him secretly also rushed to the place, and soon the security personnel meddled in between and pulled both of them aloof for their safety.

“Take him out of my sight before I kill him, “Steve barked at his men

Harry's man took Harry with them and left the place. Steve jerked the hand away who was holding onto him. Eva’s bodyguard passed him some water. He gulped down the water and told the team,

“I don’t want any mistakes in her security arrangement; just be more careful around her."

First, he calmed down his anger, and then he called Eva. Soon Eva reached him, and Steve tried to hide the situation from her as he didn’t want to scare her, but he decided he had to discuss this meeting with Harry with Stephen and his dad.

Chapter 38 Date Plan

Eva enters the mansion with a gleaming face. She spotted all the family members settled in the living room, and she understood that some important discussion must be going on. Eva noticed their tense faces; she didn’t want to invade their personal matters, so she quietly entered the living room.

Rose covers up her anxiety and asks her

“So how was the party, Eva? “

“Has it been good?"

“Nice to know that you had a good time, so she must have invited all your classmates from culinary classes.”
