Stephen dragged Steve along withand Natalia excused herself from this uncomfortable situation and reached the dance floor. Samantha ordered a drink for herself.

Eva sighed, looking at Samantha, who was still glaring at Steve, who was now on the dance floor.

“Is that Stephen?”

Eva’s shock grew as she looked at the floor and saw Stephen dancing with Natalia. Steve was enjoying dancing with some other girl.

“What happened to him? Why is he acting like this? “

Eva sighed and noticed how Stephen was smiling at what Natalia told him. Something broke inside her. He went to dance and did not even ask her. She felt her throat parching, so she excused herself and reached the bar counter to ask for some cold drinks.

At first Eva found the taste much bitter, but after a few sips she started gulping the drink. Her eyes were stuck on Stephen, who was still on the dance floor with Natalia.

After finishing her drink, she quickly requested a refill and swiftly consumed the bitter liquid. Her eyes welled up with tears. It displeased her with how Stephen continually avoided her, especially when he danced with another woman who was both beautiful and capable of captivating any man.
