“I am not interested in when and what Eva will learn her lesson, but one thing I am more than sure about is the smith will take over our empire soon.

Harry was stunned by his father’s words. This property doesn’t matter to him much as they could maintain their lifestyle by the state of the property even after the partition of assets, but he knew it meant a lot to his dad. So now he has to deal with Eva in the way his dad is suggesting.

Harry must come up with a unique approach to Eva, and this time he won’t waste time explaining Stephen or the Smiths to her. Rather, he plans to reveal their true nature to her.

Chapter 64: Long day

Eva entered the Smith mansion in late evening and it exhausted her from pursuing a busy schedule.

Rose noticed her dull face and told her to take a rest, but not before having dinner

Eva gave a nod at her and netted her bedroom. She wished to take a relaxing shower first.

Then the moment she entered the room, she found Stephen already present in the room, busy on some call.

Eva didn’t wait for him to finish this call and entered the bathroom. Standing under the shower, feeling the warm water was soothing her tensed muscles. Suddenly a knock on your door disturbed her. She sighed and put an end to her shower session, soon after she exited the washroom.

Stephen was waiting for her near the washroom door, Eva excited the washroom in her bathrobe but the moment shenoticed Stephen standing close to the washroom in his track pants, displaying his toned upper body to her eyes

“ Ooh sorry, I didn’t know you wanted to take a shower too. Go ahead; I am already done.”

Stephen smiled at her words and reached near her. “Really, but I don’t think you are done yet."

“ Hmm what do you mean ?”

Before Eva could realize Stephen scooped her in his arms and entered the washroom.”

Eva shrieked in shock but soon she was again under the shower, this time in the arms of her husband

Stephen smiled at her and moved his hands towards her robe to untie it. But Eva was quick to hold it in a tight grip to stop his actions

No… I don’t want to get tired

“Tried?? Really??I thought about how I could offer my help to enhance your relaxation experience.

“I know what you actually meant, Mr. Smith. So my answer is no.”

As Stephen retracted his hand from her bathrobe, he made a swift departure from the washroom, leaving Eva to her own devices.

After changing her clothes, Eva entered the dining room, where the other family members were already waiting for her to start the dinner.

At dinner time, Eva noticed how Stephen kept ignoring her and just responding to his mother’s talk, mostly in yes or no.
