"Hey, Xan," I said, my voice low and husky. I forced myself to smile, ignoring the filthy thoughts that were playing on a loop in my head like a porno that was even filthier than the one that we had filmed. "Fancy seeing you here."

Xander's eyes widened a little, and then he let out a low chuckle. Immediately, the tension broke, and my grin spread, becoming a little more genuine as he smiled at me, peeking up from underneath his long lashes.

"How are you?" he asked, his voice quiet, but calm. I liked that, liked that he didn't seem nervous around me anymore, and I tapped my cart, smirking when his eyes darted over to it before returning to my face.

"I'm good. Shopping. Gotta eat, you know."

I winked at him, if only to see the cute way that his cheeks pinked at the double entendre, and I tossed back my head to laugh, feeling so light.

Why had I been worried? If this was how I got whenever I didn't get to see Xander for a few days, I was going to have to insist that he move into my house right the fuck now. The past few days had been fuckingawful.

And this...this was so easy.

"Mm." Xander's eyes darted my lips, and then back up, as if he had to force himself not to look. I grinned, and my cock twitched again.

"So." I glanced around, gratified when I saw that there wasn't anybody else in the aisle with us, and I leaned close conspiratorially, whispering, "How many times haveyouwatched the video of us fucking?"

"Tristan," he spluttered, his cheeks growing redder. His head swung around as he looked, as well, and then he looked at me, glaring half-heartedly. "You can't say shit like that in public."

I chuckled. "Nobody is around, Xan," I reassured him. "I wouldn't out you like that."

Xander looked around again, and when he turned to look back at me, his lower lip was caught between his teeth, making me want to reach out and tug it free with my thumb.

I didn't, though. Instead, I just flashed a smirk at him, tucking one hand into my pocket. "That wasn't an answer, baby boy."

His pupils dilated the tiniest bit at the nickname, and I fuckingpreenedat the way that he reacted to me. It was all so much more intense now that I actually knew how he felt, how he sounded, what he tasted like...

"How many times haveyouwatched it?" he finally challenged, his eyes flashing as if he'd realized that he was perfectly capable of biting back.

"More times than I'm going to admit when I don't have you naked underneath me," I said, my voice husky. I winked, and he chuffed out a laugh, his fingers tightened on his basket.

"Oh, okay," he said, good humor making his voice warm. He glanced around, and then back at me, cocking his head to the side. "Have you...heard anything about the next shoot?" he asked, his voice suddenly a little shy.

I shook my head. "Nah. Like I said, they usually give a few days between shoots for recovery."

"They've been having me work with Emmett," he said, chewing on his lower lip again. "Is that...normal? Doing other things between?"

I nodded, keeping it to myself that I'd already been following the posts on the website that Emmett had been uploading. One of the photos - a picture of Xander in a red jock strap that was pulled to the side to spill out his heavy cock and balls - was saved to my phone, and I wasn't ashamed to admit that it wasalsoone of the reasons that I'd spent more time with my hand around my cock in the past days than not. "Yeah, that's pretty normal. Still gotta make money, and all that."

Xander nodded, looking thoughtful. He opened his mouth, but before he could say whatever it was that was on his mind, his phone buzzed in his pocket.

My phone did the same thing, and I reached down to pull the device out, opening the email that had just arrived in my inbox.

A grin spread across my lips as I read the message from Cole, looking up at Xander, whose eyes were slightly widened as he read the exact same email that I had just received.

"Buckle up, baby star," I said winking. "Looks like you and I are going to be on camera again very soon."

For a moment, it almost looked like Xander was going to be sick. His expression paled a little as he looked at me, his tongue darting out to wet his lips all over again. My stomach turned at the thought that maybe he had changed his mind about me, but the spark of a desire in his eyes helped to soothe those ragged feelings.

"Can't wait," he finally said, tucking his phone back into his pocket. He dragged his teeth over his lower lip one more time before he jerked his thumb over his shoulder, and stammered, "I...ah. Got to go. Meeting with Ethan, you know."

I watched in amusement as he stumbled over his words, and I nodded, feeling so, so light. "Sure," I said easily. I winked again. "See you soon."

He looked at me again with so much longing in his eyes that it actually made me shiver, and then he turned on his heel and hurried away back up the aisle. He disappeared around the corner before I could do more than shake my head with amusement, and as I returned to my shopping, I couldn't help wondering exactly what it had been that Xander had come to the store to get.

He certainly hadn't left with it, whatever it was.
