"Yes, you can," she said firmly. "We selected a wide variety of your best pieces. You'll be lucky to have anything left to sell after tonight. It's going to be a huge success!"

"I appreciate your optimism, cutie," I grimaced, "but it's not going to be a success if I hurl everywhere."

"Take a deep breath and calm down." She rubbed her hand up and down my back. "Most of the people who will be here are your friends and family."

"That's part of the problem," I muttered. "It hurts worse when someone you know or love makes fun of you."

"No one is going to make fun of you! Stop thinking so negatively!"

Goddess, I love when she scolds me!I murmured to Granite.Makes me hard.

Who you kidding?Granite chuckled.Anything mate does makes you hard.

Facts, wolf.

"Posy, let's slip off to Ms. Bean's office," I purred as I put my arms around her, forgetting all about the nausea. "I have a little problem you can help me with—"

"No, Wyatt. You're not going to be late to your own opening night!" She gave mesucha look, and I had to bite back a chuckle.

"Baby, I can't go out there with a bone—"

"Recite the times tables or something!" she hissed as she stepped out of my arms. "You have two minutes before it's showtime!"

"Not helping, cutie. I only get harder when you sass me."

"Oh, for the love of the Goddess!" She threw her hands in the air. "Do you want me to go get you some ice?"

"Hell, no! I'm not putting ice on my—"

"Then pull yourself together so you can go out there and shine, my fifth star!"

"Why did I say I'd do this?!" I threw my head back and groaned at the ceiling.

"Because your talent deserves recognition." Two small hands framed the sides of my head and tilted my face down, and I got lost in twin seas of dark blue. "Be brave, Wyatt, and try to enjoy this. No one is going to laugh at you."

"You don't know that," I argued as my stomach cramped up again.

"Yes, I do, but if anyone makes fun of you, I'll slap them upside the head."

"Promise?" My lips curled up as unholy amusement lit my eyes.

Oh, I amabsolutelygoing to push one of my brothers into teasing me!

"Promise." She stood on her tiptoes to peck my lips, then smiled at me. "Better now?"

"Mm-hmm." I dropped my face into the crook of her neck and ground my hips into her soft belly. "Thank you, baby. I love you."

Brushing my lips over her mate mark, I grinned against her throat as she shivered.

"I love you, too." She put her hands on my sides and pushed me back. "But we are not going to Ms. Bean's office right now!"

"Well, hell," I smirked as I reached down and adjusted junior. "I really thought that would work."

My brothers stood in the middle of the gallery with open mouths and wide eyes - even Mase! - and I had to bite the insides of my cheeks so I didn't laugh at them.

"Ta-da!" Posy sang. "Are you surprised?"
