Page 112 of Mates: Posy

Giggling, I put my hands on his chest and tried to push away, but now both of his muscular arms were around me and it became a lost cause. I wasn't getting away until he let me go or unless one of my mates saved me.

Then a different solution popped into my mind.

Granite, can I ask you something without Wyatt knowing?

Of course.

Is he ticklish?

Oh, yes. Very. From his armpits to his waist.

A wicked grin spread across my face. I skimmed my hands up either side of his torso, and his skin quivered in their wake.

"You're playing with fire, baby," he whispered in my ear, his voice thick and husky.

"Maybe, but you're the one who's about to get burned," I whispered back.

Then I stuck my fingers into his armpits and wiggled them. He jerked back and tried to catch my hands with his, but he was giggling too hard to be effective. Changing tactics, he pressed his arms against his sides, trapping my wrists.

"Caught you," he laughed.

"Oh, yeah?"

I angled my fingers to attack his ribs, and he doubled over with deep belly laughs. Unfortunately, I was still stuck inside his shirt and the whole left side tore out, dumping me onto the ground.

Giggling, I started to get up when I was gently tackled back to the soft grass. Four pairs of hands joined our tickle fight, and none were on my side. Now fifty fingers wiggled behind my knees, under my arms, on the sides of my neck, and over my ribs.

I laughed so hard, fat tears rolled down my cheeks. Then one of my mates had the terrific idea to zerbert my belly button. Flailing wildly, I screamed and wheezed and laughed harder.

"Looks like we found her panic button," Ash laughed.

"No" giggle "stop" giggle "I'm going" giggle "to pee!" giggle.

Laughing, the boys stopped and dropped down on the grass next to me. As I calmed down, I wiped my face and nose on Wyatt's ripped t-shirt.

"Eew. Boogies!"

"Oh, hush." I swatted his arm. "It was ruined anyway."

"Luna? Are you in need of saving?"

I raised my head to see the five betas in a circle around us with black saddlebags at their feet. Tristan and Tyler grinned down at us, and Emerson stuck out a hand in front of me.

"Let me help you up, little luna bunny," he offered.

I took his hand, and he pulled me to my feet, but he used too much force, and I flew into his stomach. My mates growled, and he swallowed nervously as he made sure I was steady on my feet.

"I apologize, luna bunny. You're so tiny and light. I didn't hurt you, did I?"

"Of course not, Em." I smiled.

"All right, betas. You shift first," Mason told them.

They nodded and disappeared behind the giant trees, and it only took a few minutes before five wolves appeared. Their coats were similar with shades of gray and cream, and they stood at least a foot taller and a hundred pounds heavier than Lark, which made her nervous.

The alphas buckled saddlebags onto each beta's wolf, then looked at me.

"Ready to shift, sweetness?" Jayden grinned and squeezed my hand.
