“You. Bent over the desk. Ass bare.” Callan stopped to try and catch his breath, fingers tightening in Lonnie’s hair.
Lonnie licked him from base to tip, then asked, “What were you doing with my bare ass?”
“I spread your cheeks, then knelt to lick you.”
“Lick my hole?”
“Yes. Pictured sending my tongue deep in there. You taste so good. Like mine.”
“I taste like yours? What does that taste like?” He sucked him in again.
Callan actually whimpered and the sound was so incongruous coming from such a big man, but also so hot, Lonnie’s own dick was aching.
It took Callan a long time to answer, and Lonnie used that time to drive him wild, alternating between licking, stroking, and sucking. He wasn’t able to take Callan terribly deep; the demon was too big to get him all into his mouth. From experience, he knew the combination of hands and mouth felt good, so he used his own saliva as lube as he quit sucking for a moment. “What doesyourstaste like?”
“Huh?” Callan looked completely out of it.
“You said I taste like yours, and I’m curious.”
“Sweet. You taste sweet to me. And bright—like sunshine. Like life and all things good.” He gripped Lonnie’s hair and led his mouth back to his dick. “Fuck, Lonnie, don’t stop.”
He took pity on Callan and really went to town then, bobbing his head and sucking him as deep as he could while he held the base with a tight fist. While most of him was relishing the taste and feel of Callan, basking in the noises he was making, a part of his mind had zeroed in on Callan’s words. That he tasted like life and all things good. His demon had a poetic side he hadn’t realized.
He couldn’t wait to discover all things about Callan. Every last nuance. Because there was so much more to him than even Lonnie had realized. And all the passion, the soft touches, the absolute care Callan took with him—they had all shown him that Callan was someone worth keeping.
He was already falling for him, so he had to find a way to make this passion between them permanent.
He relaxed his throat and tried taking Callan deeper, hoping nobody heard the loud groan that rumbled from his demon. Luckily, there was a lot of noise in the halls.
Callan thrust into his mouth a few more times before he stopped, gasped, and moaned as he filled Lonnie’s mouth.
He yanked Lonnie to his feet and kissed him. The kiss went on and on as Callan held him close. When he pulled back and reached for the waist of Lonnie’s slacks, Lonnie stopped him.
“We don’t have time for that. I’ll get mine later.” He grinned. “I have something sweet I want to share with you when we get home.”
Callan grunted, the corner of his lip going up. “I can’t wait.”
He made sure they both looked presentable before unlocking the door to his office. As he stepped out the door, he looked over his shoulder. “By the way, in this fantasy of yours, were my students still in the classroom?”
Callan pulled him back into the room and cupped his face. He stared at him for several long moments before he finally spoke. “No, Lonnie. We were alone. What happens between us is just between you and me.”
Chapter Nineteen
Callan
Going back into the classroom after that wasn’t easy. His body was sated, in the best way possible, but his mind was whirling with a mix of worry and hope. The hope was the easy part. He could actually have a future with Lonnie, and if the last week was anything to go by, he had many passionate years ahead of him.
But it was the worry that was really bothering him. His mate had an actual warper wizard after him. They were some of the most powerful beings on Earth. He needed to figure out who it was, because not one student who’d come into this room held that kind of power. Were some fixated on the professor? Yes, there were actually a few who found Lonnie attractive and thought about that a lot. He’d glared at them more than a few times. But they were all thought and no action. None had that sort of maniacal obsession present.
So the danger wasn’t coming from here.
And outside of Gabby, Callan hadn’t met anyone else in Lonnie’s life. Hadn’t heard any mentions of other friends. Lonnie kept to himself. Then it hit him. Lonnie had mentionedmessage boards where he talked with others about his collectibles. Could it be one of them? That was his only other outlet outside of this university.
Just as he was making a plan to go over all those messages, a familiar scent hit his nose, and he went still. He didn’t look around so he didn’t alert the wizard that he knew he was there. He really wished he’d called in Finn to help guard Lonnie. Finn could sense warper magic before the wizard actually arrived. And he could track that magic if the wizard didn’t warp far. To follow a longer path, a warper wizard needed to work in tandem with another warper, which would mean they had a bigger problem.
Cursing his own need to keep Lonnie to himself, he watched his professor to see if he seemed to be looking at anyone new. But Lonnie just kept going on as he pointed at the huge screen at the front of the room.
Magic crawled along the surface of Callan’s skin. It was dark, full of hate, and a puff of breath brushed over the back of his hair. He swiftly turned his head only to see a shadowy form blink out of sight.
