“Good, because my followers would demand more,” I laughed. “They’re going to make you go viral. Just watch.”

“Good,” he laughed, flexing like a dork. “I knew these would come in handy for something.”

“Shut up and look pretty,” I teased right back. He chuckled but didn't speak as I did the same he did on my solo shoot, walking around as he posed with the book, reading a few pages before he was more invested.

I did choose a biker romance and bookmarked a sexy bike scene that I knew he’d be committing to memory and wanting to act out ourselves one day.

Maybe just not with a huge glass door in front of us.

“Princess,” his word was a curse with a desperate edge. “We are absolutely going to keep reading this together. Start to fucking finish and taking notes.”

I stopped the video and set the camera aside. “Oh, I love that idea. But sadly for you, Mathias also wants me to see where he works.”

“Sometimes, sharing sucks,” he half-joked as he took a few deep breaths. “But, I’m going to fuck you before this night is over, princess.”

“We’ll see,” I teased, picking up the cameras and walking away, putting a bit of a sway in my steps, soaking in his pained groan behind me.

It was hard to leave my hot alpha, but I had a sweet-and-sexy beta waiting for me and he was going to have all my attention now.

I knew that navigating a relationship with three men would have its challenges but I would make damn sure that none of them felt left out. We all belonged together and I'd keep them for as long as they'd have me.

"Mathias," I called out. I hadn't seen where he disappeared to but I knew he couldn’t be far.

"Up the stairs," he called back. "Gimme a second and I'll be down."

As I waited, I walked over to look at the pictures that were framed on the wall. They all had thick wooden frames and I grinned when I realized it was all of the pack. They started in high school, all the way up to recent pictures.

It was sweet that they displayed this here and showed that they really were a family. A little part of me hoped that one daythey'd hang one next to it of us and, hopefully, our little family as it grows.

I could just picture little Holts in cowboy hats, little Mathiases painting everything and little Ashes in leather jackets. It made my heart skip a beat at all the possibilities.

My thoughts had me itching to fix up my nest more, putting their scents in and dragging them in with me. The urge was so intense and hit me out of nowhere, my skin flushing in response, that I knew it wasn’t normal.

It isn’t time for my heat yet, but I know damn well not to dismiss it.

The heat spike started to dissipate, meaning we were safe for now.

"Soon it will be a picture of the four of us," Mathias whispered in my ear, startling me where I stood. His arms wrapped around me before I could jump out of reach.

I took a moment to settle back, breathing him in. Their scents were stronger today. His citrus-and-berry-punch-blend sweet and tart, clinging to me the moment his arms were around me.

It took far too much effort to focus on the picture again.

"Oh, but these have to stay, too. It's perfect," I told him honestly. "I need a copy of this one in my room, too. Now I need a camera so I can take even more, or one of those printers for your phone.”

"That we can do," he promised as he took my hand. “Come on, I want to show you where I paint the vehicles. It's kind of boring but it's part of the tour.”

"I want to see it all," I reassured him. “Especially the things you love.”

He smiled as he pulled me through the garage to a side door.

"So, this door stays closed at all times, except tonight. It's a clean room, so nothing can get in the paint. There isn't much in here, just the tools and paint guns," he explained. His entire facewas lighting up as he swept his arms wide to show the room. "Up those stairs right outside the clean room is where my office is and where I do most of my planning work."

That was the part I was most excited to see. I wanted to see how he came up with his designs and maybe if he agreed, he could draw me a new logo for my business.

"Let's go, I'm ready to see where you work the magic," I told Mathias as I gestured to the stairs. We climbed them in sync until I hit the landing. My foot caught on the ledge, nearly sending me sprawling to the floor. I’d have busted my face if Mathias hadn't caught me, pulling me safely into his arms.

"If you wanted to get closer to me, all you had to do was ask," he teased, his gorgeous green eyes so full of happiness it had me melting into his touch even more. The earlier heat was back now, licking over my skin at our close contact.
