“I’m trying to tell you something.”
I knew she was fucking with me, but I decided to engage anyway. “What problem?”
“I’m sitting on your face regardless if you tell me to get off or not—”
“I would never tell you to get off.” My body vibrated with lust.
“So that means that the big problem will be. . .you going to the cookout with your mouth most definitely smelling like pussy.”
Unprepared for that statement, I laughed.
She shrugged. “I’m just letting you know what type of time I’m on right now. Like. . .I’m trying to saturate your tongue with my pussy today.”
Heat rose within me. “Bring it, Moni.”
Movement sounded further off, slightly interrupting our deliciously heated moment.
I dragged my attention away and to my surprise several of the Mirage’s staff came out of the front double doors, all wearing crips sky blue uniforms and showing off wide smiles.
What are they doing?
This wasn’t their usual behavior. Typically, only the butler greeted me and that would be with him opening the door. Never did all of them come out to say hello.
But today, I saw the chef, her assistants, all of the cleaning staff, the two beach keepers, and even the head of the estate’s security.
What the fuck?
And as they got closer, I saw that all of their gazes were locked on Moni.
Aww. I see now. They want to meet the Mountain Mistress.
That told me that the tea ceremony had indeed done its magic. Regardless of it not getting to full completion, the live presentation had made everyone highly intrigued with her.
I let out a long breath and Moni turned that way and watched them too.
“What’s going on, Lei?”
“Apparently, the staff must want to give you a big welcome to the Mirage.”
“Oh.”
Again, I could hear my father telling me that I would have to share Moni.
Just shut up. I’m not sharing her.
I stifled my groan in annoyance.
Then, one-by-one, the staff lined up in a neat row in front of the entrance and kept their eyes fixated on Moni.
In all my life, I’d seen them do thisoneother time and that was when my mother had come home from a hip surgery that had kept her in the hospital for several days. She’d wanted to recover at the Mirage, instead of around the prying eyes of the Palace. And they’d come out to greet my mother with a big welcome of relief as well as a show of their utmost respect for her.
Alright.
I pursed my lips.
Let’s see what they’re going to do?
