Lei gazed at my wet breasts and set the bottle down. “I made a mess.”
“You did.”
His eyes followed the bubbly liquid as it traced a glistening path down my body. “I’ll have to clean it up.”
So horny, I whispered. “With your tongue.”
He lifted his view to me. “What other way would I clean it?”
A dark chuckle left me. “Exactly.”
On my right breast, a gleaming drop hung from my nipples, threatening to fall onto the carpet.
The cellist took control of the orchestra’s melody while all the other instruments slowed and lowered. The deep, resonant sounds of the cello were tender and soothing.
Lei leaned forward and licked the drop away.
My body hummed with lust.
He raised his head and shifted his licking to cleaning up all the drops of champagne from my chin and neck.
His tongue was warm and soft.
A gasp escaped my lips.
Next, he traveled downwards. His tongue slipped a wet path down to each breast.
Desire vibrated through me. “Oh.”
His mouth met my breasts, capturing all lingering droplets.
Groaning, he looked at me and licked his lips. “I thought the champagne was good from the bottle, but on your skin, it’s delicious.”
“Then, that’s the only way you should drink it from now on.”
His gaze heated. “My thoughts exactly.”
Most of the orchestra rested as the flute took over. His notes were playful and whimsical, dancing through the air.
Lei watched me. “I have a lot of fun with you.”
The taste of the champagne, sweet and expensive, lingered on my tongue. I felt giddy and reborn. “I have fun with you too.”
Lei twisted that feather in his hand. “With you, everything feels. . .genuine. Real. Perfect.”
“And with you. . .” I shivered. “It feels like. . .a dream, one that I never want to wake up from.”
He curled his lips into a smile and placed the feather between us. “Then, let’s not wake up. Maybe. . .we just stay right here for the rest of our lives.”
The flute in the distance finished its solo and was joined by a gentle lull from the violins.
“I always wanted the type of love that broughtthe worldto its knees.” Ever so slightly, Lei angled the feather so it was pointed straight at my waiting body. “Will I find that with you?”
My heart hammered in my chest.
The air between us crackled.
“I think I will, Moni. Surely. . .just the thought of not having you to myself. . .it brings me to my knees.” He slipped the tip of the feather along my stomach.
