“Lily isn’t answering her phone, and it just doesn’t feel right. None of the women heard anything about any emergency clients.”

The door opened and Knuckles came in with Olivia, bringing her over to the couch. I walked over and sat down next to her, despite the dirty looks from Knuckles.

“Hey, how you feeling?”

She shrugged. “Horrible, but I’m here safe at least.”

I managed to smile a bit. “We’ll keep you safe. This is the second time our club shit has gotten you hurt. I feel fucking horrible, woman.”

Olivia laughed and looked up at Knuckles. “It’s got its perks, I guess.”

“Well, we appreciate everything you do for us. Especially today. You put your life on the line to save my kids. And I can’t even fucking thank you enough. I have one last favor to ask though…”

Knuckles growled, but Olivia turned to face me. “Anything.”

“Is there any way I can get Daisy’s personal number? Lily is missing and-”

“Lily is missing? Oh god! Of course, let me call her now.”

Olivia took out her phone and quickly dialed her cousin’s number. Daisy answered on the very first ring.

“Where the fuck are you? I’m sitting in front of your house and you’re not here.”

“I’m at the Devil’s Highwaymen’s clubhouse. Uh... I have a favor to ask.”

“Good lord. What the fuck town did you bring me into, girl?”

I chuckled. “Sorry about all of this, Daisy. But uh... Lily is missing and I just have this off feeling about it. She told Sav she had an emergency client…”

“Oh shit. We haven’t had any calls or anything here. I’m actually heading over to Hope Hearted now. Want me to check if she’s there?”

“Luna already checked and no sign of her. Nothing at the house or her office, either. Something is off.”

Everybody was silent as we waited for Daisy to answer.

“Somebody saw your truck speeding through town. That’s all I got.”

“Thank you so fucking much. We’ll be in touch.”

I hung up the phone and headed upstairs to my office. I needed to track the truck and see where Lily took off to.

Pulling up the tracker, I saw that my truck was sitting on the outskirts of town. I pulled up another window and put in the coordinates, and found it was an old warehouse.

I jotted the coordinates down and rushed downstairs.

“Old warehouse just outta town. Nothing good can come of this.”

I ran out the door to my bike, not caring who was coming with me. I needed to get to my woman and make sure she was alright. I heard the rumble of other bikes and looked back to see three of my brothers following behind me.

Mav, Goose, and Hawk were on their bikes as well as we took off down the road. I pushed my motorcycle as fast as it could, not wanting to waste a single minute.

We finally arrived at the warehouse and I could see my truck sitting right out front, but no other cars were around. We all parked right behind the truck and hopped off our bikes.

Goose looked around and turned to the three of us.

“Here’s the plan. Mav and I will go around that way. You and Hawk go around the other way. We meet at the door, then go in together. Got it?”

We nodded and took our guns out, ready for anything. Hawk and I crept around the building, spotting another door that was open. We reached the front door a few minutes later and waited for Goose and Mav to get back.
