“Sav! Just let me in and I can explain! I’m not a fake, baby. I can easily explain this if you just let me the fuck in!”

“I hate you, Wyatt Sullivan. I never want to see your face again. It’s too late, the damage is done. You should have been upfront with me, but you hid everything. You didn’t trust me enough to open up, yet here I was, spilling my fucking guts to you.”

I slammed my head on the door as a lone tear escaped my eye. Everything she was saying was true. I had royally fucked up and hurt my woman. The woman I loved and vowed to protect.

“Please, baby. Can you please just let me in so we can talk?”

“No. You hurt me in more ways than you can possibly imagine. You cheated, lied, deceived. You broke my heart just when I thought love was possible. You need to leave or I’m going to call the cops.”

I shook my head and tried to reason with her one more time.

“Sav, please. For the last time. Please let me in.”

“No. It’s over. You have one minute to get the fuck away from me before the police are called.”

I sighed and moved back down the steps. There was no doubt in my mind that Sav would actually call the cops...or shoot me. She had gotten close to Luna, and that’s something Luna would tell her to do…

Getting on my bike, I rode back to the clubhouse with a scowl on my face. I was once again a broken man with nowhere to go. This was truly rock bottom; watching the one you love suffer from a distance, knowing you hurt them.

Walking into the clubhouse, I sat down at the bar and started my downward spiral.

Theroomfeltwoozyas I reached for another bottle from behind the bar. Nothing like booze to freeze my cold, dead heart.

I fucking loved Sav so much and pushed her away.Maybe it was me who was no good?I chugged half the bottle and stumbled over to the couch.

Moose came out from his office and glared at me.

“I’m not gonna touch you, but just know I’m fucking pissed.”

I nodded as I laid my head back.

“I deserve it. I fucked it all up. I broke her heart.”

He sat down next to me silently.

“You should have told her right away. Cleared all of this up. Just be honest with me. Did you cheat with those other women? Luna is getting me the pictures right now.”

I sat up and looked at him.

“No. They’re all old or photoshopped. I fucking love her, Moose.”

He nodded and went to say something when his phone rang. Moose answered it, and I could hear Savannah’s voice on the other end.

As much as it killed me, she was calling my brother instead of me. I was just glad she had somebody to turn to.

Her voice sounded panicked as Moose tried to calm her down.

“Babe, listen to me. Go and lock yourself in your room and don’t come out until I text you. I’ll be there in two minutes. Go now.”

I grabbed his arm as he got up from the couch.

“What the fuck is going on?”

“Lloyd is sitting outside the building. I’m gonna go have a chat with him since he can’t fucking leave her alone. Call Goose and tell him to meet me there.”

I nodded as Moose ran outside to his bike. I knew calling Goose meant they were bringing him back here.

Pulling out my phone, I dialed his number. He answered on the first ring.
