Her tears continued to drip onto my hand as she nodded miserably.

“We deal with one problem at a time. Get this shit over with so we can focus on taking these fuckers out. You want that, right?”

“Yes,” she whispered.

The creaking on the stairs made me pause.

“Malachi,” I called out, knowing it was him. It was too heavy a squeak to be my specter. She was a little ghost when it came to her explorations.

He cleared his throat from behind me. “Dante.”

“Cadence and I were just having a little talk, weren’t we?” I released her face and stared her down.

“Y-Yeah.” She wiped her eyes.

Stitches was quiet for a moment before he spoke. “Sirena is downstairs waiting for you.”

“Perfect.” I rose to my feet and didn’t cast Claws another look as I went to the stairs, Stitches hot on my heels. The moment the door closed behind us, he shoved me against the wall.

“What the fuck did I walk in on?” he demanded, his dark eyes flashing and his lip curled into an angry sneer. I knew my brother well enough to know he was ready to fight me and probably kill me if I somehow fucked up.

I reached out and adjusted the noose he wore as a tie.

“Easy, brother. You should know me well enough by now to know that I’d die before I hurt our girl. Do you truly believe I’d hurt her by fucking around withher sister?”

The tension visibly eased away from his body as he exhaled. “No, I don’t think you’d hurt her.” He backed away from me, and I quickly stepped into his space.

“We do need to talk, though,” I said softly.

Fear flashed in his eyes. “Did she… tell you?”

“We’ll talk later.” I didn’t elaborate. I walked past him and went downstairs to find my specter waiting for me on my chair.

Something unfurled in my chest, and I couldn’t stop myself from rushing to her and dragging her into my arms.

She seemed surprised by my sudden hug, but responded as I knew she would. She raked her fingers through my hair, sending goosebumps across my flesh, and nuzzled into my neck.

I’d never fucking hurt her.

That feeling only continued to grow stronger the longer I held her.

Sirena Lawrence was my whole world, and damn anyone who tried to fuck with that.

SIRENA

Stitches thrust into me, making me arch my back as I took all of him into my pussy.

“Fuck, you take my dick like such a good fucking girl,” he husked out as he jostled my body, all his hard planes of tatted muscles on display.

“Open,” Church instructed.

I turned my head and parted my lips for him. He pushed his cock deep into my mouth as he kneeled at my head on his bed. He’d been acting strangely since Stitches and I had gotten home. I knew something was going on that was bothering him, but in true Church fashion, he was silent on the matter.

I vowed that if he weren’t being himself again by tomorrow morning, I’d press the issue. I assumed he was still upset over the Adam situation, and I hated that I had any part in his sadness. I wanted to voice that to him, but I didn’t know how to do it without making it sound like I regretted killing him. Because I didn’t, and I’d do it again if given the chance. Monsters like him didn’t deserve to breathe the same air as their victims.

Church’s fingers tangled in my hair, making me cry out against his cock. His green eyes were wild as he stared down at what he was doing to my mouth as Stitches fucked me.

Stitches slammed into me twice more before I was gushing my release all over him. He groaned, following a moment later, his dick twitching deep inside of me.
