“Pull the test out.”

“All right, don’t rush me.” She smirks, enjoying this far too much.

Right before she's about to pull the test out, I realize something and snatch the bag from her. “You know what the tests say!”

I narrow my eyes on her, but she won’t meet my gaze.

"No, I don't."

"You little brat." I start to open the bag, but she snatches it back.

"Okay, I know, but let me do it," she says, and I fold my arms over my chest and wait.

She makes a whole thing of shaking the bag and putting her hand in again. The second the test is out of the bag, I see the two pink lines.

"You're pregnant!" I shout.

"I am!" she shouts back and bounces on her heels.

"You couldn't have just told me?" I shake my head, but I'm beyond happy for her. Soon I'll have a little niece or nephew, but twins are also on the table, so it could be both. Liv’s grin is devilish as she reaches into the bag and pulls out the other test.

Two pink lines.

“You get a baby,” Liv points the stick at me, and for a second I think, She knows we peed on those, right? “And you get a baby.” She then gestures toward herself. “And you get a baby.” I turn to see where she is pointing, and Sawyer is standing there watching us. He’s breathing heavily like he’s winded.

“Did you run here?” I ask, tears filling my eyes.

“Maybe.” He takes his cowboy hat off and drops it on a table before clearing the space between us in half a heartbeat.

Sawyer claims my mouth in a searing kiss as his hands go to my ass and he lifts me off my feet. I wrap my legs around him and hold him close, so thankful he’s here.

“Aww,” Liv sighs while holding the camera on us, but I ignore her.

“How’d you do it?” I ask Sawyer, my hands cupping his face.

“Well, when a girl and a boy love each other...” Liv says.

“Shut up,” both Sawyer and I say at the same time, and my sister giggles.

“How’d you manage to give me everything I ever wanted?” I ask again.

“How could I not? You’re the only thing I’ve ever wanted, so it feels right doing the same for you.”

Epilogue

SAWYER

One year later…

“Happy anniversary,” I whisper in Lane’s ear, and she smiles sleepily.

“Happy anniversary.” She blinks awake, and then her eyes widen. “The babies?” She sits up with a look of panic, but I put my hands on her arms to keep her from leaping out of bed.

“It’s all right, calm down. I got up with them so you could sleep.”

She immediately softens and pulls me in for a kiss. “Have I told you how amazing you are?”

“Not since last night when you came on my face.”
