“You are going to leave me like this?” I haven’t felt both horny and enraged in my life.
“You said we have things to do. Go change your clothes. Keep those panties on. I want you wet all day.” He takes a paper towel and wipes his hands.
“Rhet, I hate you so much.” My head is pounding. “You’re going to pay for this. I hate you.”
He chuckles. “No, you don’t. Besides, your body is mine tonight. Now hurry along and go change.”

“Smilesfor Miles is dedicated to helping provide dental care for all children.” The nasal voice breaks over the microphone.
There’s nothing as uncomfortable as sticky underwear. I don’t even know why I listened to Rhet. I should take them off and stuff them in my bag.
I shouldn’t even be entertaining the thought of having sex with him. My conscious begins to kick in and the feeling of guilt creeps up my spine. This isn’t a part of the plan.
I need to get back on track. Part of me wishes I never entertained Dante. Maybe Pen is right.
I need to consider me more. Instead, I do what my brother needs help with, while not knowing the whole story. Some may find it stupid of me, but he’s family. As for Mr. C he’s my brother’s medical sponsor for Bio-N. He’s also paying for my mom’s treatments. We need him. I will call Mr. C later when I get home and maybe he can figure it all out. Maybe I can walk away from all of this.
The applause brings me back to reality and Smiles for Miles. Rhet shakes hands with the mayor. A little girl stands next to the mayor with a bouquet of flowers. I think they’re for Rhet.
She’s so adorable in her gray and yellow dress. Her mommy did a great job on her fishbone cornrows. She smiles wide as Rhet comes down to her level to take the flowers.
“Is this for me, princess?” he asks.
The poor child gets theRhet waysmile and she smiles wider. “Yes,” she says shyly, giving them to him.
“Well, thank you. You know, I’ve never ever received pretty flowers from a pretty girl before.” The ladies on the stage behind Rhet, touch their necks and coo at the adorable moment.
He holds the bouquet out to her. “Pick one.”
“Really?” she asks, looking back at the mayor.
He nods. She points to one white daisy. Rhet pulls out the flower with ease.
“This is for you.”
“Thank you.” She giggles and runs back to the mayor’s side.
Rhet does an hour of schmoozing and networking. I stand off to the side, not wanting to interrupt his flow.
Children run around the beautiful garden where this event is taking place. Smile for Miles will be a yearly marathon where the money received will go to underprivileged children’s dental care.
“What is a nice lady like you doing in a boring event like this?” I heard a rich dark voice at my side.
As I turn my head, my eyes meet a dark blue pin striped jacket with muscles straining out of it. I raise my head only to see a dazzling white smile. I raise my hand over my eyes to block out the sun.
“How tall are you?” I ask
“6’7” he replies. His deep red hair becomes a beacon in the sunlight, full beard and green- hazel eyes. This man looks like a sexy lumber jack in an expensive suit.
“6’7? How do you manage with all that height?” I ask, totally intrigued by his height.
He lowers his head to mine and places his hand in his pocket.
“It will be my pleasure to show you what 6’7 can do for you.” Then he smiles. His pearly teeth are all aligned in a neat row. He smells rich and expensive. It’s like he is putting me in a trance.
“You will not be showing my PA not a fucking thing,” Rhet’s voice breaks my trance
