“You’ve got multiple men too?” My question bubbled out.

Her mouth curled up into a pleased smile. “Four. You?”

“Same.” I grinned, not even noticing the sting anymore.

She lightly touched my arm. “How do you manage time with all your men?”

“We’re together all the time.” Shame burned me like a fresh tattoo, and I stopped short of telling her we were locked in prison.

Aaliyah smiled as if she understood. “We each have a date night. Friday and the weekends are free-for-alls. Though, that’s all about to change.” She cupped her belly.

Bring on the orgies! My fave time with my men. I wish we had date nights. Prison rules prevented a schedule like that. Hopefully, when we were free. No kids for me for the near future!

“That sounds perfect.” I squeezed Raze’s thigh, cataloging the thought to discuss in private.

Golden magick swarmed across my arms, tingling in my skin, fresh tissue weaving over the sliced parts, sealing my wounds. I marveled at Aaliyah’s ability, wondering if I had a similar power, given that I repaired Tor’s broken vertebra… or created a new one. Investigation was in order when I returned home. Ugh… how sad was I that I called a dank prison my home?

“I’ve taken the pain out of the bruises so you won’t feel any more discomfort.” Aaliyah squeezed my healed forearm, telling me it was time for her next patient.

“Appreciate it.” I mustered a fleeting smile when my anxiety spiked for Raze’s treatment.

“You’re welcome, honey.” Aaliyah patted my knee. “Do you want me to erase the memories of what happened?”

I didn’t know that was a thing and stroked Raze’s face, closing my eyes at flashes seared into me of what his electrocution did to him. “Yes, I don’t want to remember what they did to my wolf.”

Aaliyah nodded like she understood, reaching out slowly to clasp my palm, a tingle dancing along my arm. “You won’t feel a thing as the memories dissolve, honey. That’s it, let them go.”

Flashes of golden light burst apart like shooting stars, my cries and Raze’s groans of pain fading away with it. At the end, Aaliyah released me, and I rubbed my arm, blinking, trying to remember what we just did.

“Little Wolf?” Raze rubbed my spine.

“That was incredible.” I gave his waist a pump to reassure him I was fine.

Castor cleaned up the waste, disposing of it in the trash bin under the sink, like he was practiced in this kind of call out.

“Thanks, Daddy.” Aaliyah earned a brush of her cheek upon his return.

My heart sighed at how cute they were together.

“Right, wolfy, your turn.” She set her aquamarine gaze on him. “Do you want me to leave bruises and strip the memories?”

Wait. What? Did she do that to me? All I remembered was being caged, forced to find a scientific cure for the vampires, my team coming to the rescue, and me leaving with Raze when his beast was unreasonable. Why, I couldn’t remember.

“My shifter healing will take care of it,” Raze tried to brush her off.

Stubborn wolf.

The hard line of her mouth said she was about to get tough on him for me. “Your nervous system needs a reboot. Otherwise, it won’t calm, and your shifter will be on constant edge. You saw how easy it was for your mate. What I do is akin to what wild animals do to shake the trauma from their body. Like a rabbit being pursued by a hunter.”

I really appreciated the way she walked him through her process to eliminate any reservations he had and built trust with his wolf first to show him she wasn’t a threat. It showed me how skilled she was at her job.

I squeezed his side. “Please, my wolf.”

“Fine,” he grunted.

“Do you promise to behave?” Aaliyah earned my respect for her patience and calm when my wolf’s instincts rioted.

“Yes.” His blanket slipped when he leaned over to kiss my forehead, and I tugged it back into place for the biker’s sake. God forbid anyone get an eyeful of Lycan-shifter cock.
