Let the mocking begin.
Blaine moved around the bathing bot, waiting for Holi to answer him. He should be taking a bath. That had been his excuse when he’d untangled himself from Wayden a few minutes ago. Four days of non-stop fucking and he still wanted more. A moan slipped out of Blaine’s mouth as heat cascaded down his spine. He slapped a hand to his mouth and turned to the door.
Fuck. He needed to chill, or Wayden might hear him.
Blaine’s connector went off, making him jump. He picked it up and completed the connection.
“I sent you a message and you connect with me?” Blaine hissed. “Take a hint.”
“I knew you were going to fuck him!” Holi laughed.
“Dammit, Holi.”
“Fine.” The connector went silent and soon enough Holi’s message appeared:
I knew you were going to fuck him!
Blaine rolled his eyes, hating Holi just a little. He was in crisis here.
I was in heat. I didn’t exactly have a choice.
What do you mean you were in heat? You never go into heat. What happened?
Someone drank all my tea!
What?????
Blaine could literally hear the horror in Holi’s voice.
You gave it to me.
I did. I should have asked my mom for more, but I forgot. And then I drank the last of it, but it didn’t help. I went into heat anyway.
What do you mean? Why didn’t it work?
I don’t know. I’m still confused about that. It’s like my body went crazy.
I told you, didn’t I? It’s not normal. You can’t stop your heat forever. How was it? I’m dying to know how it went. Was it good?
Blaine stared at the message, getting irritable all over again, not at Holi but at himself. He should have been more careful and maybe he shouldn’t have taunted Holi when he was struggling with Xaine, because that shit wasn’t fun when it happens to you. And he wasn’t having fun right then. He needed a solution for his problem. Blaine bit into his bottom lip as another wave of need hit him.
Shit.
Answer me first. Is it supposed to feel like that?
Blaine, what happened? Didn’t you like it?
It wasn’t that he didn’t like it. He loved it, in fact. He was just… Blaine closed his eyes because he couldn’t bring himself to say what he wanted from Wayden. Maybe he should just ignore how he felt. He’d had his heat. Now it was over.
Never mind. It doesn’t matter. It’s over anyway. I’ll ask my mom for more tea, and everything will be fine.
Blaine?
I have to go. I’ll talk to you later.
Blaine placed his connector on the floor and turned on the bathing bot. The connector went off a few minutes later, but he ignored it. He got into the bot and just sat there, willing his body to calm down.
It will go away, he told himself.
