My Adrienne,
I am both elated and enraged writing this letter. I just got off the phone with Dr. Bradley. She told me that you just left her office. She said that you were there with a man that she didn’t know and that you looked like a shell of your former self. It was clear to her that you’re being abused.
I am beside myself with fury, but at least we have an idea of where you are now. Travis and I have already begun to put together plans to get you away from him. She told me that it was as if you didn’t recognize her. It was clear that you were terrified of him, so she understands why you acted the way you did. She tried to make it appear as though she didn’t know you, thinking recognition would make Lock wary. She didn’t want to give him any reason not to trust her with your care.
She told me she would let me know each time you had an appointment. Your next one is a month away and that is the day that I will bring you back to me. I am coming for you Adrienne, it won’t be long until we’re together again.
