I stared into his eyes through the mirror. “Then why don’t you show me? Make me feel it.”
Gnashing his teeth at me, Jax flipped my skirt up and ripped my panties off of me. Without warning or preparation, Jax shoved himself inside of me in one solid thrust.
“Ugh, yes.” I gasped and leaned forward taking everything he gave me. “Jax.”
“That’s it,” Jax pistoned in and out of me in rapid hard succession, “take it like the disgusting slut you are.”
His degrading words only made me throb for more. I moved my hands from the top of the sink and tried to reach between us to rub at myself. Jax grabbed my hand before I could touch myself, shoving it behind my back until my arm twinged.
“No,” Jax snarled against my hair. “You don’t get to get off until I say you can.”
I yipped at the pressure in my arm in combination with the thundering pleasure between my thighs. Skin slapped against skin, echoing off the bathroom walls until it was the only thing in my ears. My orgasm was a slow build, something that I had to fight for until I tittered on the edge and just couldn’t get over it.
A whimper released from my throat. Jax turned my head and pressed his mouth to mine, gobbling up all my sounds. His tongue took over my mouth as he nipped and sucked at it until he let out a long-frustrated growl of release. Two fingers found their way between my legs and twisted my clit until I screamed out my pleasure.
When he was done, Jax jerked away from me and buckled up his pants. “Put up your fucking glamour.”
He was out the bathroom door before I could straighten my own clothes and bitch him out some more. Fucking asshole.
I cleaned myself up the best I could in the bathroom and muttered a few more choice words about the grumpy wolf before my phone went off in my skirt pocket.
Frowning, I pulled it out and glanced down at the number. Panic for a whole other reason filled my chest. It was the hospital.
I put the phone to my ear. “Hello? This is Angelica Hamilton.”
“Hello? Ms. Hamilton, we need you to come down to the hospital. There’s a few things we need to discuss about your grandmother,” the voice on the other line explained.
“What?” I placed my finger in my ear, the wolves howling outside the bathroom door making it hard to hear her.
“Please just come to the hospital.”
I stared at the phone as a dial tone rang in my ear. What the hell was that about?
Starting for the bathroom door, I grabbed the doorknob. The door flung wide before I could open it and Duke stood in the doorway. I jumped back, my phone clutched to my chest. “Jesus H. Christ, Duke don’t do that to me.”
Duke skimmed over my form and then sniffed the air around me. “You better glamour yourself again before you go out there again. You smell like you rolled around in Jax’s cum.”
I grimaced. Guess I didn’t get myself as clean as I hoped. “You damn wolves,” I muttered under my breath and pushed my magic to do its job.
“Good, now,” Duke leaned in close and gave me a big sniff. “You smell like our sister and less like something I want to ride home.”
“Ha ha,” I laughed sarcastically, smacking him on the chest. “You’re so funny.”
I pushed past him and out to the clearing where everyone had cleared out already. Wolves howled further into the forest, far enough away that I didn’t have to worry about anyone looking for me.
Turning to Duke, I placed my hands on my hips. “Now what?”
“We wait for Cooper.” Duke crossed his arms over his expansive chest. “He said he had some news and we should wait for him here.”
“Well, I want to get out of here.” I glanced down at my phone and then back at Duke. “Did he say how long he would be?”
Duke frowned and took a step toward me. “No — but what’s the big hurry?”
Before I could answer Jax and Cooper arrived. Cooper was wearing different clothing than he had when we arrived. Jax still had on the same thing, a sort of feral look in his eyes when he looked at me.
I tapped my foot and ignored Jax’s look to focus on Cooper. “What’s this news you have?”
Cooper held his phone up and gave it a little shake. “We found Laurie. Or rather Laurie found us. She’s back in town and heading over to my place to talk.”
