Boy band bloodbath!
Costumier gets 47 stitches after carve-up with rock and roll Cole
A member of the Go Tos’ entourage was rushed to hospital and received 47 stitches after a drunken late-night brawl that saw a Florida hotel room trashed.
The band’s costumier, Jasper Horner, was rushed to Miami’s Mount Sinai Medical Center by ambulance yesterday at about 4 a.m., U.S. East Coast time, with extensive lacerations to his left arm (pictured).
It is understood the room at the centre of the brawl—at the swanky Bellhop Glades Hotel in Miami Beach—belonged to troubled Go Tos rabble-rouser Cole Kennedy. Sources at the hotel reported some £20,000 worth of destruction to the suite, including damage to walls, shattered windows, broken furniture, blood-splattered couches and wallpaper, and a £2,000 coffee maker that had been smashed into a bidet, “like something Tracey Emin would charge an absolute bomb for.”
Hotel guests told The Bulletin they heard “crazed fighting” coming from an upstairs room at about 3 a.m. on Sunday, lasting at least 45 minutes. Although guests complained, the hotel did not manage to put a stop to the rock and roll fracas before the ambulance was called.
Horner, 28, is a long-time Totally Records employee, having worked with Jocasta Rose and Boy Treble. He is a graduate of the London College of Fashion.
Totally Records declined to comment.

Save Our Cole!
Rehabbed rocker in Paris sobriety summit
Has reformed rocker Robbie Johnswagger held a one-man intervention to save troubled pop star Cole Kennedy?
The pair were spotted in Paris yesterday having lunch al fresco (pictured) at the ritzy bistro Dupont’s of St-Germain-des-Prés. While Johnswagger—famously once sacked from “Make Me a Pop Star” for drunkenness—stuck to water, the Go Tos’ enfant terrible was drinking so heavily he knocked over an ice bucket and smashed a champagne bottle across the Rue de Buci.
The Go Tos are in Paris for the European leg of the band’s Hot Gossip tour. It’s understood Kennedy’s former reality TV mentor flew in especially to meet with the young hellraiser, after friends and fans alike expressed concerns about Kennedy’s increasingly erratic behaviour.
Is the former Buzzsaw frontman taking his young protégé under his wing to straighten him out? And, if so, is he doing it with or without the say-so of his former boss and co-host, Felicity Quant?

Cole checks into rehab!
Pop brat Cole Kennedy has finally checked into rehab.
Kennedy’s management at Totally Records said the 22-year-old was being treated for drug and alcohol addiction and would be taking a break from touring and recording with the Go Tos.
Totally Records would not reveal where Kennedy was being treated, but The Bulletin understands that rather than a traditional detox clinic, he’s attending the hippy-dippy “alternative” Pranayama Retreat in rural Derbyshire, where dozens of other clapped-out and drug-addled celebs have gone to dry out in recent years—most notably Kennedy’s friend and mentor Robbie Johnswagger.

COLE LIKES POLE!
Britain’s prince of pop Cole Kennedy is gay.
Kennedy released a short statement on his social media accounts overnight, announcing his new sexuality. It’s unclear if Kennedy had been backed into a corner, but it appears the surprise announcement was the 22-year-old’s own decision.
“Music is all about authenticity, and it’s time to be honest with my fans—I am a gay man,” he said.
“I’m choosing to come out now out of respect for our fans, respect for my art, and most of all, out of respect for myself.
“Most people know I’ve had a difficult time over the past year. I want to thank everyone for their support and understanding. Coming out is the next step in my journey, as I try to live authentically.”
The shock news is sure to hit Kennedy’s primarily female fan base hard. The Kenneddicts often turn up to Go Tos shows with placards declaring they’re “marriage material.” How will his female fans respond now Kennedy has gone from heart-throb to heartbreaker?
And how must the “marriage material” guy himself, Toby Lyngstad, be feeling right now? Could reality TV’s ultimate long shot love declaration finally pay off for the Essex hairdresser?
Lyngstad wasn’t in when The Bulletin stopped by his Colchester home last night to get his reaction, but a family member, Cheryl Hitchen, was on hand to shower our photographer with a glass of rosé (pictured).
