"Nothing to tell," I shouted.

"Oh no, man." He smirked, cocking a brow. "I saw you two this morning. I saw the way you looked at her."

"To be continued." I flashed a grin as I shrugged my shoulders. To be continued meant I didn't know. She didn'tknow, but we'd figure it out later. My gaze flicked to the front of the stage and straight to Kaia's perfect ass as she swayed her hips to the beat of the music. Her dark, ripped denim jeans hugged her feminine curves, not leaving much to the imagination. Her top was almost completely backless, and her long, blonde, wavy hair fell down her bare back. "I'll catch you guys later," I muttered, my feet already leading me to her.

She tensed when I pressed my body flush against hers just as their lead drummer started his solo. I slid my hand around her hip, digging my fingertips into the sensitive bare skin right above her low-rise jeans, holding her in place.

"It's just me, baby," I whispered against her ear, letting the heat of my breath and the stubble of my five o'clock shadow tease her skin, and I smiled when I felt her relax into me. I loved that she was so comfortable with me. Her hips swayed, and even though I hated dancing, like loathed it, I couldn't help but move my body with hers.

I suddenly wished I didn't have a beer in my other hand and I could use it to hold her harder against me.

As the rhythm picked up, so did the movement of her hips, each sway getting the attention of my dick. I knew she could feel me. I knew she could feel what she did to me.

The music stopped, and I immediately released her, snapping back to reality and realizing we were in the middle of a crowd, not just with strangers but also with my sister, her sister, my brother, and our friends.

"Chill out," I mumbled to myself. There was no reason to panic, I reminded myself, and for the first time, I made myself relax and not freak out.

Trystan and his band packed up as the club's DJ took over.

"That was fucking awesome," Syn screamed once we made it back to the bar where I'd left Owen and Brandon. "They are definitely getting a record deal."

"God damn, girl." Owen sucked in a breath. His gaze raked over Syn. "Could that dress get any smaller?" Syn wore a tiny, tight, strapless black dress that somehow stood out against her pasty white skin. Her black hair was pulled back into a loose ponytail, showing off all her artwork.

On Syn's eighteenth birthday, she started interning at a tattoo parlor with a friend who did all my tattoos. He was the only one I trusted not to take advantage of a naive young girl trying to get into the field of tattooing. Since then, she'd covered most of her body in different pieces of art she'd designed. Some of the art was tattooed by her, and others by him.

"You like it, don't you?" Syn spun for him, and I rolled my eyes.

"Hey," Kai said, tugging my shirt. I raised a brow, lowering my head so I could hear her. "How about tonight?"

I leaned back to look at her, my brows furrowed. "What about it?" I asked, my gaze lingering on her lips.

"You know." She scowled before relaxing her face. "Teach me how to tell if a guy is flirting."

My mouth remained closed, but my jaw dropped. I almost blurted out, 'Are you serious?' But I knew she was. She didn't know I'd watched every move she'd made all night. She didn't realize the way I touched her was flirting, which made me smile.

I couldn't explain why I loved that about her, but I did, and I didn't want her to lose that.

I leaned down. "Not here," I whispered. "It's too loud and crowded." I lied. I had zero intentions of helping her hook up with someone else, but I'd show her what flirting was. I'd lay it on so thick she wouldn't be able to miss it.

"Hey," Cam shouted. "Let's go. We're all heading to the party."

My plan had worked. Trystan personally invited Camryn and Kaia to his after-party, and I knew Cam wouldn't be able to say no to him. He was her weakness.

We all loaded up in our vehicles, the girls in one car and the guys in another. I let the girls pull out first and followed them to Trystan's bandmate's house about twenty minutes from the venue, and by the time we got there, the house was already packed with partiers.

We all unloaded, and most of us went our separate ways.

"I'm going to go find Trystan," Cam said, flashing Kaia and me a smile.

"You want a drink?" I asked when we managed to push through the crowd into the large kitchen.

"No," she shouted, shaking her head. It was hard to hear anything between the music and all the people. "It's a little crowded in here. I'm going to go outside." I nodded and followed her toward the back door.

The backyard was massive, with a large inground pool, an enormous pool house, and a lot more open space than the inside.

"So, tell me, Jax," she said, twisting to face me. "How do I know the difference between someone being friendly and flirting, and is there a difference between I only want to fuck you flirting and I want to date you flirting?" My tongue swept across my bottom lip as I watched her, contemplating what I wanted to say. I opened my mouth but snapped it shut when Cam bolted by us, visibly upset.
