The room goes black and tiny white lights explode behind my eyes. My body is tense as it shoots the orgasm through every body part. When he slows his trickery with his fingers and I come down from my release, my limbs go loose and lax.
“That’s one.” He kisses me deeply as he works at removing his pants. I use my heels to help push them down his legs.
“Turn your math brain off for a minute and get inside me.”
Drake rubs himself against my center but doesn’t enter me. He looms over me and drags his tongue up my jaw over to my ear.
“First, my math brain doesn’t ever turn off. I’m still calculating all the ways I can make you come and scream my name. How many positions I can make love to you before I come.” He nips my earlobe, then makes his way back to my mouth. “Second, it’s gonna take a hell of a lot longer than a minute.”
“Prove it.” I wrap my legs around his waist and lift myself to him.
“Condom.” He glances across his room at the bathroom door. “I can’t reach.”
“My IUD hasn’t gone anywhere.”
“You sure?”
“You didn’t just ask me that, again.I—” I gasp as he pounds into me. “Yes!”
Drake threads his fingers with mine and stretches my arms above my head as he rocks his hips into me, over and over again. He releases one of my hands and reaches behind my knee, draping my leg over his shoulder.
“Drake! My god. So... deep,” I pant and clench myself around his throbbing dick. “So... big. I’m so close.” He rubs himself against my clit and I try to hold back from my release.
“Fuck, Nora. Come with me.” He shifts himself and dives even deeper. The veins in his biceps and neck bulge as he holds back. “Now, Nora. I need you to come with me.”
I let myself go and convulse around him. Drake curses as he pounds into me, his fingers leaving marks on my thighs, and I love it. We find our release together and don’t stop grunting and cursing until every last drop is milked from our bodies.
He collapses on top of me and then props himself on his elbows. “I may have miscalculated.”
I giggle and push his sweat-dampened hair off his forehead. “How so?”
“I was supposed to last a hell of a lot longer than that. It’s your fault. Your whole comment about only needing a minute.” He starts to roll off me.
I loop my ankles around his thighs. “Stay. I like being crushed by you.”
“I need you breathing so we can do that again.”
“I promise we’ll do that again.”
He lifts his arm and pretends to read a watch on his naked wrist. “By my calculations, we can begin again in ten minutes.”
“Ten? Hmm. And here I thought you had more stamina than that.” I trace my finger along the numbers tattooed on his arm. “What is the significance?”
Drake glances at them. “One equals point nine-nine-nine-nine-nine to infinity. I love how simple it is. Everyone understands what it says, yet it’s provocative. It’s beautifully balanced. The left side represents the beginning of mathematics. The right side represents the mysteries of infinity. I warned you upfront I’m a math geek.”
He’s so much more than that. Drake is beautiful and honest and smart and humble. He’s loyal to his friends, to me, and most importantly, to himself. I’m so in love with him, I don’t know how I’ll handle going back to Philly and being away from him.
He drops a kiss on my lips, then really rolls off me. I groan at our separation. He heads to his bathroom and comes back with a towel. After he cleans me, he opens his drawer and slips on a pair of joggers. “Where are you going?”
“Miss Daisy needs to be let out, and we need fuel. Food.”
“Oh.” I hadn’t even thought about it either. My dog or dinner. I’ve only been in the fur mom role for a few days, and it hasn’t all come naturally. And I’m not used to being on someone else’s food timetable. Granted, I haven’t eaten since lunch.
I start to slide out of bed when Drake sits down next to me. “Stay right here. Naked.” He gives me a quick kiss. “I’ll order us dinner.”
“What am I supposed to do while you’re busy doing all the things?”
“Rest. Because the next go-around, you’re going to need it.”
