I laugh. "Guess you don't love me as much as you used to."

"I do. I've loved you forever." Levi looks deeply into my eyes, and I see nothing but a mix of love, admiration, and pure lust reflected back at me.

"Marry me, Scarlett."

Epilogue - Scarlett

Five months later

Levikissesmyneck, reaching around to place his hand against my lower stomach affectionately.

Aww, that's sweet. But I want sexy. Right now.

I wiggle my butt against him.

"Scarlett," he growls playfully in my ear. "If you get me hard right now, I'm going to have to walk across the lobby like I have a limp."

I shrug impishly. "Should have thought of that before you knocked me up and got me all horny." In truth, I'm only about nine weeks pregnant and not any hornier than before, but I love teasing him.

The night Levi proposed, we didn't come out of the hotel room for almost twenty-four hours. Luckily, Miranda and Cole couldn’t have cared less about us skipping the end of the reception, or the day after brunch. They said their night was perfect, and that included knowing their best friends had finally figured out what everyone else already knew.

I drove back to the city late Sunday afternoon, and when I crossed over Passion Ridge, all I felt was hope and love. The love of my big, strong mountain man waiting to welcome me home in a few weeks. Levi offered to take a few days off work to help me move, but I needed to give two weeks’ notice and wanted to talk to Rachel alone. She was, of course, thrilled for me, and I offered to pay for another month of rent until she got a job, but she wouldn't hear of it. Said she had a good feeling about her interview.

We flew to Vegas during Levi's winter break at the end of December and eloped in the small chapel at Caitlyn's hotel, just the two of us. She was right. The space was dreamy. I have no idea what Vegas looks like outside of our hotel because the combination of black-out drapes and years of repressed desire made for a fun weekend indoors.

Drake still refuses to talk to either of us, but we did get a vase of flowers a few weeks later. Melody delivered them herself, giving me a big hug as she handed me the note that came with the gorgeous bouquet. It said,I hope it works out. We decided it was the best he could do right now.

My parents are thrilled at the prospect of getting grandkids soon, so they didn't mind missing the ceremony. Although, Mom insisted on coming to help once we have kids. Hopefully her schedule is clear in September.

Turns out, lots of unprotected sex can make a baby.

Who knew?

We're taking advantage of an unusually warm weekend in March to recharge in Festival Valley, sneaking in one of three babymoons Levi's insisting upon. Brynn helped us get a great room at her hotel. We're going to hike and forest-bathe, winter be damned.

"Checking in?" the woman at the front desk asks, tucking a strand of dark, curly hair behind her ear. She sneaks a quick glance at the guy in overalls working in the office behind her, and when she turns back to us, her cheeks are flushed. If the steamy looks he's sending her way are any indication, those two have a story. Her name tag reads Celeste. I've been obsessed with names the last few weeks, noting anything and everything to add to our list.

"Yes, Harrison," Levi responds, pulling me closer to him in an attempt to hide his raging hard-on.

My phone vibrates, and I fish it out of my purse. I snort out a laugh and show Levi the texts while we wait to be checked in.

Rachel

Thought my boss was trying to kiss me, but he handed me a tin of coffee instead. Pretty sure I moaned a little.

And I forgot my work shoes, so I was barefoot.

Can I die now?

OMG. I’m sure he didn’t notice.

I really need to stop reading billionaire smut. I’m going to get fired for sexual harassment.

"Here you are. A royal suite on the fifth floor," Celeste announces with a friendly smile. After she hands us our keys, she turns toward the back office, and then abruptly pivots course, skirting to the end of the counter. Mr. Steamy-Looks chuckles to himself and reaches for a screwdriver.

"Thank you," Levi says, completely oblivious to the meet-cute drama unfolding before us as he drags me and our suitcase over to the elevators. When the doors close behind us, Levi pushes the button for our floor, then backs me against the wall. He kisses up my neck and grinds against my hip.

"Ready to go for a hike?" I tease.
