“Maddox has a breeding kink.” Liv answered plainly, “And he wants a third baby. If he knew I was here, he would impregnate me just with the look he gave me when I got home.” She shuddered, “No thank you.”
Peyton and I cackled at her plight, but I had no advice to give to her on the topic. I was enjoying the easy-going marital bliss of the first year of marriage with Tamen, even if it was nearing our anniversary. We talked about kids, and we know we both wanted them someday, but for now, welovedour lifestyle, working at the club four days a week, living in my apartment together, and then living in Hollowbrook in the home Tamen bought us for the other three days.
It wasn’t the forever plan, but it worked lovely for us currently.
Someday we’d embrace family life in Hollowbrook, with Tamen’s family around us. That day wasn’t today, though.
Liv and Peyton picked two spots near the stage as other class members started filling in from the main entrance.
I greeted guests, learning their names and pointing them in the direction of different places to choose from, but it was nearing the time for class to start, and we were still missing three guests. Tamen ran the sign-up sheet, but assured me it was full. The women signed up were all between twenty and forty and most wore athletic clothes and sneakers, as was recommended on the sign-up information. We didn’t need anyone breaking an ankle on night one in a pair of stripper heels.
“Okay everyone.” I called out, taking my place up on stage, ready to start in the absence of the others. “We’re going to get started and if the missing guests come in, they can join where we are. My name is Sloane, I’m one of the owners of Prism and I’m going to be your instructor for this class. I want to start off by welcoming you all to Prism and expressing to you all how excited I am to have you here for this fun class. We’re going to learn a lot over the next six weeks of class and we’re going to make fools of ourselves along the way, so let’s get the nerves out of the way and just enjoy our time together, what do you say?”
“Wait!” A voice called out from the back as the double doors to the front lobby banged open, “Dammit Janice, I told you not to make a Bloody Mary for the road, we didn’t have time. Now we’re late.”
“Oh god.” Peyton uttered, facing the stage with wide eyes as the late comers got all the way in the room.
“Oh god, is right.” Liv added with a cackle. “Tonight, just got far more interesting.”
“Ladies.” I put my hands on my hips as the three geriatric cougars from my wedding night black out stood looking slightly guilty, and very tipsy. Oh, and indecently dressed in skimpy clothes suited for someone far younger than their retirement community would allow if they could see them now. “You’re disrupting my class.”
Dolly grimaced, “We’re sorry, Disco-ball. We’ll be perfect little ballerinas, just let us stay. Please? Big Ben himself said we were invited as special guests!”
“Yeah,” Janice added, “Besides, Dolly promised Ray a lap dance for their anniversary in a few weeks and believe me when I say,” She tilted her head dramatically, “her routine needs help. She looks like a starfish stuck on a fish tank wall.”
I rolled my eyes so far and waved them over to three poles coincidentally empty all near each other and the stage. “Take your places, but I’m the boss tonight. I don’t want to hear any lip from you, got it?” I stared at each of them in turn to prove my point.
“Got it.” Martha said with a salute.
Janice hiccupped and nodded with a wink, “Yes, Domme Mommy.”
Dolly stood at her pole and started stretching like an Olympic athlete, “You got it, Disco-ball. We’ll be perfect angels all night long.”
I snorted and Liv cheered them on, “I somehow doubt that.” I added, before sliding back into my role as instructor.
“Ooh,” Dolly stage whispered, leaning around Liv. “Hi there Peyton! I haven’t seen you around town lately. You know what,” She walked around Liv, not even trying to hide the fact that she was chatting and not getting ready for class at all. “I’m on the planning board for the haunted Halloween festival this year and we’re doing it at the old corn maze right outside of town. You should join us at our next meeting. I bet you and that hunky husband of yours could help spice up the event.” She nodded to Liv, “Oh you too! That lumber snack husband of yours would be so helpful to have on hand setting up the rides!”
Peyton paled and gave some sort of wave off without making eye contact with Dolly as she stared up at me and mouthed, help me.
Liv held her hand out for a handshake with the woman and said with a wink, “I’m always down for a good, haunted ride from time to time. Count us three girlies in.”
“Perfect!” Dolly cheered and then cringed, hightailing it back to her spot as I glared at her good heartedly. “Sorry, this is your show, Disco-ball. Dolly will be a good girl and let you teach us your wicked ways.”
The End.
