I trusted him when he said we'd get married one day. It was a faraway possibility in the distant future but we had such a great connection there was no doubt about it. I had never felt so comfortable around someone before in my life, and a big part of it was because Lance was a comforting and loving Daddy. Initially, I'd been worried about looking ridiculous in my Little headspace, but when he stared at me instead of watching the movie, I knew he was as fascinated by boys as I was with Daddies.
Saying goodbye was hard but necessary. My parents were unforgiving when it came to the rules set for us to be their perfect children. I'd gotten teary-eyed saying goodbye, but I knew I had to be a strong boy for my Daddy. I knew watching me sad would make him sad, so I had to put on a brave face and smile. The joy on my Daddy's face on seeing me smile was priceless.
Now after reaching my house, I pushed open the front door and stepped in. Everyone was watching the news together but the moment they saw me, my father switched it off.
"There you are," mom said, standing up and walking over to me. "You won't even tell us the name of the friend you're with. We were beginning to get worried about you."
"Yes," said my father with crossed arms. "Very worried. You know, Clayton, if you were out with a special lady friend, we won't be mad at you. It's perfectly understandable to have temptations before marriage, but I hope you haven't been doing anything God wouldn't approve of."
If only they knew the sinful things I'd been doing. Sinful in their eyes, but completely normal things in mine.
"Mom, dad. You worry too much. I was just out with a friend, and no, not a lady friend."
Mom sighed in relief. "We know we've always been hard on you, so we're not mad, at least this time. But next time, we need to know exactly who you're with. We can't let you hang out with the wrong crowd."
"Yes, mom," I said, disappointed. I would never get the freedom to live the life I wanted as long as I lived under their roof.
For the next five days, Lance was busy with a new online business he was starting, but he texted me whenever he could. All of our texts began with how much we missed each other.
It was crazy how we had only met recently, and yet we had grown exceptionally close in such a short time. Some would say we were going too fast, but our relationship was like none other. A Daddy and his boy's relationship was closer than most others. It revolved around a Daddy caring, protecting and spoiling his boy while the boy just escaped the worries of the outside world.
One of my cousins was visiting the city and my family was supposed to meet her that day. I decided to skip it and stay at home. The moment my family left, I texted Lance that I was home alone, asking him to come on over. I followed the text with my address, an eggplant emoji, followed by the water droplets emoji. When he replied that he was on his way, I couldn't help but laugh. He was willing to drop all his work just so we could be naughty together in bed.
When the doorbell rang after an hour, I ran downstairs and opened the door. There he stood, just as handsome as the day I'd met him at the club.
"Daddy!" I said, throwing my arms around him and hugging him tightly. "I wasn't sure you'd come. You said you had some very important work to do till tomorrow."
"Pish posh, sweetheart," he said, kissing me on the head as I broke the hug and led him inside. "Nothing's more important to me than my boy. Besides, how could I not come over when my boy's horny and needs Daddy to take care of his needs."
My cheeks turned red as I looked away. He leaned in and planted his lips on mine, his tongue possessively pushing into my mouth. I instinctively sucked on it and when he pulled out soon, I silenced a soft moan.
"Come on upstairs, Daddy," I said, leading him. "I'll show you my room."
"Wow, so clean," he said when we reached. "But it doesn't look like a boy's room. I wish you could have it the way I know you want it to be, sweetheart."
"I wish that too."
I sighed and sat on the bed. He instantly realized that I was sad.
"Aw, don't be sad, bright eyes." He sat next to me and patted his lap, causing me to instinctively crawl onto it. "You know what, my home is being renovated, and once it's done in a few days we're gonna have a room for you. You can have it just the way you've always wanted it to be."
My face lit up at what it meant. "A room for me at your home, Daddy? You want me to live with you one day?"
"Of course, silly." He tapped my nose. "When you feel you're ready, I'd love for you to live with me. I can't bear not seeing my boy every day."
"Nor can I." I sighed. "Not seeing you every day is painful, Daddy."
"I feel the same, sweetheart." He stroked my head as I rubbed my cheek against his chest. "I understand it's hard for you to get away from your family. I'm sure a solution will present itself. Trust in fate as I do, and she'll help us. Now, do you want to show me all the Little things I know you've hidden away in your room?"
I nodded and smiled, producing a brown teddy bear from underneath the bed. "This is Teddy. I'm scared of the dark and he gives me courage, so I hold onto him all night. I always sleep with the bedlamp on because I know monsters are just around the corner. I've always been scared of the dark, but I wasn't scared when I slept next to you in the cabin, Daddy. You give me strength and I don't feel scared of the darkness. I didn't need Teddy to protect me in the dark, because I knew you'd protect me."
"Aw, that's so sweet, honey." He kissed my head and pulled me in closer. "But you're right. I'll punch any monster that tries to get near my boy. There's no need to be scared of the dark with Daddy by your side. I mean, have you seen my muscles? Go on, touch them."
He raised his big arm and flexed his muscled bicep. I pressed it and it was hard as a rock.
I put a hand over my mouth and giggled. "It's so hard, Daddy!"
"It sure is," he said, standing up. "Oh, I almost forgot. I have a very special surprise for you. I left it back in the car, which by the way, I was careful enough to park down the road."
