“Get out!” she shouted.

He flinched and started for the doorway.

“Your keys,” Addison said.

He pulled them out of his pocket anddropped them on the counter. “We’re not done this conversation, Addison.”

“Whatever,” she said.

“Bye, Felicia,” Grace said.

Harrison’s upper lip curled, and he glaredat Grace as she waved her hand at him. He stomped toward the front door, slammingit shut behind him. Addison moved to the living room, Kira and Grace trailingafter her, and sat down on the couch.

“Holy shit!” Grace crowed. “Did you seethe look on Harrison’s face when Preacher came strolling into the kitchen?”

“Forget Harrison,” Kira said as she satdown next to Addison. “Did you see my face? Addison, you’re sleeping withPreacher again?”

“Based on the size of her sex hair, they’reboinking like crazed bunnies,” Grace said with a laugh. “Why didn’t you tellus you were still banging Preacher?”

“Because it doesn’t mean anything and weagreed to keep it a secret,” Addison said.

“A secret?” Grace said. “Then why did hejust do a “this is my woman, stay away from her” grab and kiss in the kitchen?”

“I… I don’t know what that was about.”

“I thought it was just a one-time rebound thing,”Kira said. “When did you start up with him again?”

Grace sat down beside Kira as Addisoncleared her throat. “A couple of days after we had sex the first time.”

Kira’s eyes widened. “Holy shit.” Shestared at Grace. “Why do you not look that surprised?”

Grace shrugged. “Preacher was at our placeone Saturday and he freaked out when he heard us talking about Addison gettingpierced in Willington. It seemed like a bit of an overreaction for a guy whobarely knew her. He made me tell him where she was getting pierced, then he leftand never came back. I’m pretty sure he went after Addie. Did he?”

Addison nodded as Kira’s mouth dropped open.“You got a piercing?”

“No, not that day,” Addison said.“Preacher wouldn’t let the other guy pierce me.”

“Oh,” Kira said. “Wait – what do you meannot that day? Did you get a piercing?”

“Yes, Preacher pierced me.”

“Holy shit,” Kira repeated. “Did you getyour belly button pierced?”

“Um…”

“Let me see it,” Kira said. “I’ve been thinkingabout piercing mine.”

“It’s not my belly button,” Addison said.“Preacher pierced my nipple.”

The look on Kira’s face was priceless.“Yournipple?”

“Yes. I booked an appointment with Preachera few days after I got my tattoo. After he pierced my nipple, we, uh, had sexin his shop again. A couple days later, I asked him if he would give me somelessons on sex, but he refused because he said I would want more from him thanjust sex.”

“So, why are the two of you still havingsex?” Kira said.

“After he turned me down, I went to theshop in Willington to get my other nipple pierced. I like the way it looks andfigured why not, you know? But Preacher showed up, literally threw me over hisshoulder like a caveman, and carried me out of there before I could. He said Iwasn’t allowed to let anyone pierce my body but him.”
