He hated the fact that she wouldn’t look in his face.“All right.I’ll try anything you want.”

She tied his arms and legs.When she was done, she reached for something behind him.When he saw it was duct tape, he almost panicked.“Baby, what’s that for?”

“I’m putting it over your mouth, so you don’t distract me,” she said.

She pressed it on and then stood back without looking at him.He could see her agitation grow by the second.

“Do you remember when we first got married, and we made a pact that if one of us had an affair, the other could sleep with another person as payback or something?”

The dread he’d felt the last two weeks turned into pure terror.Was he going to lose her?He would never believe she was having an affair, which meant she thought he was.He vaguely remembered that, so he nodded.

At that moment, he heard the front door open and close and then heavy footsteps on the stairs.He wanted to yell as the man he’d never seen before walked in and grinned.

“Holy hell,” the guy said.

Rick felt Riley start to shake.

“Lady.You look like you’re about to faint.”He tossed something on the mattress.

Rick wasn’t sure, but he thought it was lube.

“W-what’s that for?”she asked.

“Gloria said to get you used to butt-fucking because guys liked it.By the way, my name is Tom.”

Rick started fighting to get free.He looked at Riley with such fury, she swallowed and gently pulled the tape off his mouth.

“What the fuck is going on?”he yelled.

Riley’s shaking was getting worse.

The man snorted.“I was asked to come and fuck your wife as payback for the affair you’re having.”

Jesus, things just kept getting crazier.“What affair?”

“I ...I know about it,” Riley said as tears rolled down her face.“But I can’t let him touch me.”She turned to the man.“I’m sorry you had to come all this way.”

“Baby, talk to me,” Rick pleaded.

“I know you’re having an affair.I’ve known for a few weeks now.”

His brows snapped together.“Where the fuck did you get that bullshit?”

“I...”Riley couldn’t seem to get a word out.

“If it means anything, her friend Gloria is the one that sent me here,” Tom said.

Rage filled him, taking away the despair.That’s why she’d been acting so weird.“What did she tell you?”he asked Riley gently.

“She told me she saw you with another woman, and at first I didn’t believe her.The next time she came, she showed me pictures of you and a blonde woman.A woman that was the total opposite of me.”

What the fuck.“Baby, I did not have an affair.I swear on my parents’ graves.”

He thought he saw hope in her eyes before they darkened again.“But then I heard you on the phone.”

“Heard what, Baby?”
