“Hey,”Michaela’s soft voice appears in my head.“Is everything okay? I’m getting some weird emotions through the link.”

Moon goddess, I forgot about her. If I tell her what I just saw, she’s going to kill them both.

“It’s nothing,”I say. “Just saw something that made me nauseous.”
