Although I wouldn't call it an order, it's more like a polite suggestion. He disappears behind a large glass door, and after a few seconds he returns from there with a wide smile on his face.
"Room four hundred and forty-two, hot water, bathtub, everything is there, until the end of the day it is paid, so let out as much water as you want. " He gave me the key to the room.
I’m silent. I look at him with my red eyes, and I don't know what to say. If it weren't for the ring on his finger, I would definitely have gone beyond the hug. And while it's wrong, it's terribly wrong to deceive him and myself. I know I don't have feelings for him, but that doesn't change the fact that I enjoy spending time with him.
"Thank you," I say with tears.
"Well, you are crying again, what is it now? " Danylo asks kindly.
"I am pleased with your act, and although you should not have done it, thank you."
"Stop crying darling, go enjoy a warm bath, and I'll be back in an hour, the movie is still waiting for us," he runs his hand along my cheekbone, and I lower my head down.
I can't look at him, especially when his face is so close to mine.
I get out of the car, enter the elevator and go up to the right floor.
I open the room door and gasp. Everything in this place speaks of sophistication and wealth. The room is spacious, it has everything you need and even more. I waste no time and immediately go into the bathroom. Huge mirror, shower, bathtub, two sinks and two toilets. This bathroom is even bigger than my dorm room.
I would live here.
Certainly.
I submerge myself in hot water and close my eyes.
Complete silence and peace. I missed it so much. There is nothing in my thoughts. Absolutely nothing. In front of my eyes is a white picture, on which I just concentrate and forget about everything.
Forty minutes later, I hear Danylo coming back and little by little I start to come to my senses.
I do my hair, put on light makeup and put my tracksuit on.
"Did you order me food?"
He never ceases to amaze me.
"You were brought up as a real gentleman," I smile.
"Did I already say that my grandmother raised me?"
"Just a thousand times."
I approach the table. Danylo even made green tea for me. He bought me croissants, cheesecake, an omelet and pancakes.
"I didn't know what exactly you would want from this," he excuses himself when he notices my surprised look.
"I don't care, I would eat everything right now."
"Well, then treat yourself."
"Thank you," I don't know how to put all the meaning and all the feelings I want to convey to him in one word, but I probably succeed when he smiles and nods.
He always knows what I'm thinking. Always feels me. Always makes me happy.
Chapter 29
"Of course, I'm not a fan of science fiction, so I couldn't imagine that there would be so many people at the cinema," I notice when we are standing in line for popcorn.
"Everyone loves science fiction," he answers as if stating a fact.
