"They're paid very well to be invisible," I say.

The hot tub isn't very far, anyway. It's on a deck right outside my bedroom.

The moon is high, and there's no one else around, so Annie finally relaxes and lets me guide her when I set her down and take her hand to go up the fewsteps and into the water. The warm water is like heaven, and I know the heat will help with any sore muscles she'll have.

I turn on the jets and sit down next to Annie, putting an arm around her waist and guiding her into my lap where she straddles my thighs and ends up with her mouth an inch from mine.

I kiss her softly and cup the back of her neck, deepening the kiss. She moans against my lips and presses closer, her tongue leisurely tasting me.

After a minute, I pull back and we both take a deep breath.

"Wow," she breathes, staring into my eyes.

"Yeah," I say, chuckling.

"Cole, this is... amazing," she says, looking around.

"Yeah," I say again, grinning.

"What's the smile for?"

"You," I say. "I'm just happy you're here."

"Me too," she says, a faint blush creeping across her cheeks. There's something so endearing and sweet, yet incredibly sexy about it.

"Come here," I say, pulling her in for another kiss.

She wraps her arms around me and moans, losing herself to the sensation, the heat of the water surroundingus.

My hand snakes down to the small of her back, my fingers stroking the delicate skin there. She shivers, despite the warm water.

I laugh, my lips grazing her neck.

"Ticklish?" I ask.

"Maybe," she says, biting my lip.

I let a devious smile spread across my face.

"Interesting," I murmur, my hand continuing to move lower.

She gasps as my fingers trail over her hip, brushing the edge of her ass.

"Cole," she breathes, shivering again and pressing closer.

"You like that, don't you?" I say, my voice low and husky.

"Yes," she whispers.

"Good," I say, kissing her neck again. "Because I plan on making you feel good all night."

"Promise?" she says, grinning.

"Definitely."

My fingers trail lower, sliding between her legs.
