“Behold! The magical rubber pencil!”

We clapped dutifully.

Dante bowed. “And now I shall take my seat. Who is next?”

“Not ‘it’,” I said, and elbowed Quinn. “Come on, I know you’ve got something in mind.”

Quinn stood up, and Dante took his place next to me.

This close, his sandalwood scent teased my senses. I pressed my knees together. I would not perfume for the yummy alphas.

At least, not any more than I already had.

Chapter5

Luna

Inever felt like this around alphas. Normally, they scared me, overwhelmed me. The pack I’d been with before had managed to turn me on, sort of, but it had been nothing like this: blinding need crawling through my body.

I wasn’t in heat, but the hormones raging inside could have fooled me.

I tried to focus on Quinn. He was performing the pencil and paper trick, one I had never gotten the hang of as a kid.

Would it be so bad if I fell into bed with…them?

I wanted all three of them. I would take one of them, if that’s how it worked out, but I pictured kissing Quinn, sliding my tongue into his mouth, running my hands up his sexy, sexy sweater vest.

Dante and Colton would be at either side of me, touching me. Licking. Sucking.

I dragged my mind back to the present with some difficulty. Dante and Colton were both decidedly not looking at me, but their scents were getting stronger as my perfume filled the small space between us.

Maybe I would have a wild weekend in Vegas after all.

Finished with his trick, Quinn gave a short bow.

“I love that one.” I swallowed hard, trying to focus on getting my hormones under control.

“You’re bright red, Luna. You okay?” Quinn sat next to Colton. “I can get you more water—oh. Sorry, I’m not good at scenting omega perfume until it’s super close.”

I cleared my throat and closed my eyes. “Right. That’s my cue to throw myself off a cliff.”

“Why?” Quinn frowned. “Biology has a way—”

“Biology is stupid,” I said, cutting him off and glaring at him. “Would you like it if everyone always knew when you were…?” My voice trailed off.

My face felt like it was on fire, equal parts desire, and embarrassment. The only thing saving me from melting on the spot was knowing I never, ever had to see them again.

Quinn frowned at Colton and Dante. “But you want her too, right? It’s everyone’s pheromones, not just yours.”

“Yes, Quinn,” Colton said softly. “But generally, it’s polite to let the omega make the first move.”

“And not announce it to everyone,” Dante said with a chuckle.

Quinn’s eyes widened. “Oh. Ohhhh, sorry. Luna, I’m sorry.”

I shook my head.

“If it makes you feel any better,” Quinn’s tone perked up. “I’ve never been in a threesome much less a foursome before.”
