“Yeah, but I hadn’t been counting on a high compensation.” Gideon seemed to blush. Siurin remembered too late that humans sometimes got embarrassed discussing finances. “I would have gone through it for far less,” Gideon added.
“You are unaware of your appeal, then.” The auction had been an eventful process, and Siurin had been prepared to pay even more than he had.
Gideon opened his mouth, then closed it. He shrugged again, his cheeks growing redder. “I’m not very attractive based on, um, human standards,” he finally said.
Human alphas had poorer reflexes, but Siurin didn’t agree with the common conviction that they were cerebrally inferior to Vaellians. Would he have to reconsider his liberal stance? Because anyone with eyesight surely must find Gideon beautiful.
“I told you the day we met that I was highly attracted to you. Today, I feel an even stronger pull toward your person, and I am most delighted by the prospect of having sex with you repeatedly during the upcoming days. You have fragile, vulnerable qualities that I find most arousing. Your limbs are thin and graceful, your skin is pale and delicate, and your penetrable orifices, I mean your mouth and your anus, are highly visually and tactilely appealing. Your pheromonal discharge creates a delightful scent, especially while in heat. I would assume that anyone, human or otherwise, would find sexual intercourse with you satisfactory. Your face is very pleasant to look at, especially when you’re experiencing pleasure. You have expressive eyes that show your arousal and enjoyment during intercourse. I like that. Together with your intellect and agreeable personality, your physical appeal must make you a sought-after mate.”
Gideon stared at Siurin with his mouth open. He appeared shocked.
“Have I said something wrong?” Siurin recapped his speech in his head. He was only trying to compliment his surrogate, butmaybe his words could be misconstrued. “If so, please explain to me what it was. I didn’t mean to offend you and would like to apologize.”
Gideon blinked rapidly. “No. I’m not offended. I’m…um…flattered. Thank you. I’m glad that you find me attractive. You said it on the first day, yes, but I’m… Um. My previous partners were not this, um, appreciative. And if they were, they didn’t mean it.”
“I hear human relationships are needlessly complex. I try to be as direct as possible to avoid miscommunication.”
This time, Gideon smiled, and Siurin felt relieved.
“You have a beautiful smile too,” he said, and Gideon’s lips stretched wider. The expression made his cheeks appear rounder, and his eyes crinkled at the corners. Very pretty, indeed.
Siurin couldn’t wait for another heat wave.
Lucky for him, it came a mere forty minutes later. Gideon went to the bathroom, and when he returned wrapped in a bathrobe, he looked flushed, and his breathing sounded labored.
Setting aside his tablet, Siurin stood, giving his surrogate his full attention. “How do you feel?”
One corner of his lips went up as Gideon gestured down his body. “Needy. Can we go to bed?”
“Of course.”
Siurin put his hand on the small of Gideon’s back as he gently but promptly guided him to the bedroom. Gideon untied his bathrobe and gazed at the wide bed.
“Do we need towels or something?”
“There are towels in the dresser, and we have plenty of spare bedding at our disposal. Besides, it’s my task to take care of these things. I wish you to only focus on your pleasure.”
“Oh. Thank you.”
He sat on the bed and scooted to the headboard. His bathrobe opened over his torso and groin, revealing his erection. He palmed it and stroked up and down, making a low sound of arousal.
All that pink skin among the white terrycloth and sheets looked so lovely. The flush on Gideon’s chest darkened. His nipples appeared enlarged, and they’d be sensitive to touch.
“Siurin?”
Siurin had just been standing there with his hands on his waistband, staring. He dropped his sweatpants, and his ovipositor lengthened.
“You can change,” Gideon said, his gaze pinned on Siurin’s mating organ.
With a sigh, Siurin let his limbs burst out. As if having a mind of their own, his tentacles shot toward the little human, sliding up Gideon’s legs and curving around his thighs.
Gideon moaned, his eyelids getting heavy. He clearly liked the touches, and he liked looking at Siurin too, unbothered by their vast physical differences. Siurin found that most satisfying.
He ensnared Gideon’s legs and torso with his tentacles and pulled Gideon’s thighs apart, exposing his hole. It looked puffy and supple, swollen with heat. A clear liquid was leaking out of the opening, smelling of acute arousal.
Siurin hovered over Gideon’s laid-out body, looking his fill.
“You can…restrain my arms too.” Gideon said it in a low voice, breathlessly, making Siurin wonder if he was maybe a little ashamed of his request. But when Siurin used his limbs to put Gideon’s arms above his head and tie them together, Gideon moaned, his hips bucking.
