I lose count of how many seconds pass by before my own breathing settles. Knowing I can survive this and put us both outof our misery, I give him the green light to just thrust and break past my barrier.

He lifts up my hips, giving himself a better angle to aim and does exactly that. Thrusting the rest of his length inside, he fills me with one solid jerk forward.

It’s not the end of the world, that’s for sure. Maybe I’ve even tricked myself into thinking I’d be torn in two. Instead, there’s a bit of a pinch, a little throbbing, and a handful of seconds of pure silence.

If anything, I think Javier is the one suffering. He’s leaned over my body, eyes shut tight and one of his hands is now flat against the mattress above my head. Breathing heavily, it’s like he’s trying to control himself. His other hand squeezes my hip like he’s trying to stay grounded.

Secretly, watching this man come undone might be my own endgame. What’s hotter than knowing that I’m making a man likethisget all worked up?

“You’re suffocating me, angel. You feel better than I could’ve imagined,” he grunts out. “Tell me I can move. If you don’t, I’m not going to last this first round.”

Knowing I’ll survive, I nod my head. When he thrusts, I expect the same discomfort as earlier. Apparently once the hard part is out of the way, there’s only heat left over. I don’t expect and pull and tug at my exposed nerves, but Javier thrusts like a man on a mission.

It’s like once I’m moaning, he’s let loose. Hips rolling forward, he’s making the same growling noise that drives me insane. If he plans on making me feel like this multiple times, then I get his earlier promise. My thighs are already starting to shake. How many rounds will my body have to survive before I can’t even support my weight on my feet?

He kisses me once more, invading and conquering with nothing but his tongue. Crushing my body against the mattress,he makes thinking impossible. Not when he’s stealing every single breath and moan from my lips, swallowing them down like they’re his next meal.

Reminding myself that it is still possible to breathe, I keep myself from growing lightheaded. I can’t pull away from his mouth, I don’t want to. Being this connected is a dream come true.

Hooking my ankles at his back and wrapping my arms around him, my nails dig into his shoulders as I cling.

The hiss that leaves his lips is rewarding in itself. He lifts up long enough to give me a dark look. He’s smirking now, his teeth bared. This side of him is one I only want my eyes to see.

“You’re mine, angel. Made for me, you understand?” His hips jerk forward before pausing, refusing to continue until I nod my head out of desperation. Right now, I’ll be whatever he wants me to be.

I need this release as much as he does. If it takes screaming out to the trees and scaring off any animals, I’ll tell everything within hearing range that I belong to this man.

Clinging and clenching around him, I ride out the motion of his hips until the tension snaps in my gut and my release is ripped out of my body.

He doesn’t stop immediately, jerking unevenly forward until he’s grunting and groaning, kissing my poor swollen lips until he’s filling my body with his release. Even then, he’s still pressed deep inside, making sure not to waste a single drop.

Pulling his weight off of me, he takes a look to see what damage has been done. When he sees I’m still in one piece, he cocks a brow at me.

“All good?” he asks as he squeezes my thigh.

I sigh when he pulls out, leaving my body feeling like a void. Would I sound too impatient if I asked him to return before I lose the tingles rolling around my body?

“Perfect, actually.” Wiping the sweat from my forehead, my toes curl. “Satisfied?”

Snorting, he shakes his head as he continues with his touches. “Not even close. I’ve given myself a job and I have no intention of stopping short. You look like you can run a mile if you leave this bed right now.”

Giggling when he rolls me onto my stomach, I try to contain my excitement. There’s no doubt that I’ll be sore tomorrow, but for now, I’m definitely going to enjoy everything that Javier throws at me now while the sun is still up.

No matter how many rounds it takes to satisfy this man, I know today won’t be the only one I spend with this man. I’m expecting many nights of promised pleasure and am excited to see where else our relationship goes.

Two Years Later

Wind blows at the trees surrounding our home, shaking the leaves above. With autumn right around the corner, leaves are already starting to change color, abandoning their green color and turning to what looks to be a more yellowish shade.

Sammy sits on a lawn chair about thirty feet out, her knees propped up and a sketchbook in hand. She’s been working on her current piece for the last hour and a half. I’ve got to admit, I’m growing a bit restless. Even though I try to give her some space when she works, I can’t help but want to eliminate the space between us.

I’ve made some sandwiches inside, and toasted the bread for that added crunch, just like the way she prefers. All that’s left is to tell her.

Silently making my way down the steps, I walk toward her.

I’ll look at what she’s working on and leave it at that. If she’s not busy, I’ll mention the sandwiches. If I move without making a sound, she won’t even notice I’m near and it’ll be like I haven’t disturbed her.
