“Mathew and I were talking and since yourcourses are all different, I thought I’d take Jade around andMathew would show you and Derick.”

I snarled at Ben and opened my mouth to tellhim no when Jade grinned from ear to ear and butted in.

“Sounds perfect. Let’s go. What I’ve seen sofar is great.”

David stood beside them and Jade walked offwith Ben before I could say anything. Derick burst out laughingwith Owen joining in. Mathew stared at them both like they werecrazy.

“Oh my God.” My brother chuckled. “I wonderif Ben has any idea he’s a dead man.”

Owen smacked me on the back. “I told David tokeep his mouth shut. I so want to watch this play out.”

I pushed his hold off and turned on mybrother and bodyguard. “Fuck you two.” I glared at Owen. “I shouldfire you.”

The idiot laughed harder. “I’d like to seeyou try.”

I shook my head and turned my glare onMathew. “Come on, let’s get this tour over with so I can get backto my girl.”

Mathew raised his eyebrow. “Derick said shewas your sister. He introduced her as his sister.”

I shot a death stare at my chuckling brotherbefore turning back to Mathew. “Derick calls her sis, because Jadeis my girl. When I can convince her she’ll be my wife.”

“Argh, I should call Ben,” Mathew got hisphone out and Owen yanked it off him.

“No way. You’re not spoiling all my fun. Iwant to see if princess will figure out your guy is hitting on her.And I wanna see his…” Owen nodded in my direction, “reaction whenwe meet up later.”

“Princess.”

“Jade,” Derick said. “It’s what our securitydetail calls her because of how he and the family treat her.”Derick pushed me. “Let’s go. Stop you’re sulking. We’ll see her ina couple of hours. David is with her and Rex is somewhere. Youtrust her, don’t you?”

“Of course I trust her. It’s just the Ben guyI don’t.”

“David and Rex won’t let anything happen toher. Let her have fun. You know Jade has no idea the guy is hittingon her. She’s way too excited about being here.”

Fuck. Derick was right. I hated it when mybrother was right. Reluctantly I motioned for the tour to start andI followed behind Derick and Mathew just wanting to get this overwith.

Pissed off didn’t begin to describe how Ifelt. I’d gotten a phone call an hour ago telling me she’d seeneverything and was going back to the hotel with Ben. They werelooking over some forms two of the teachers had given herguides.

As soon as I got the call I was through withmy own tour. No way was I leaving my girl with Ben any longer. Ileft my group and went back to the cars. I’d been enjoying the touruntil I’d gotten the call. I’d told Jade no, but she’d laughed itoff. She had no idea what she was in for when I got her.

Royce sat in the Land Cruiser waiting for mewhen I got to the car park.

“Owen called me. Let’s go.”

I got into the passenger seat.

“I know how you are with her, kid, butremember she is innocent. She has no idea the boy is hitting onher, she thinks he’s just being nice. Princess has no idea howbeautiful she is.”

Sighing, I closed my eyes and calmed myself.Royce was correct. I needed to calm myself down before I went intothe hotel and said or did something I’d regret.

The ten-minute drive seemed to take forever.Royce dropped me out front and I called Jade to see where she was.“Hey, little bit. Where are you? I just got here.”

“That’s good. I’m just standing in the lobbytalking.”

Spotting them as I entered the hotel lobby, Iended the call and my calm vanished. Ben was touching Jade’s armand the look on his face was like a piece of candy had just beengiven to him.

Reaching them, I pulled Jade away from himand into my arms. “Hey, little bit, I missed you.” I kissed herlips and she pushed away from me blushing.
