I do as she says, and relief rushes meat the shift of the button beneath my finger. The drawer opens, and I grab twoguns and extra magazines.

“I’m sure Ales told you to stay,”Sofia says when I approach her in the doorway.

“He did. But I have training thatcould be useful. I have to hurry to catch him.”

She touches my arm. “I know I can’tstop you. When you love someone, you can’t just stand by.”

“You’re right,” I admit it. “Mindgiving your men the order to let me take that car in the garage?”

She sniffs. “Just be careful, Tiana. The three of you had better return. Also, take my phone. It’ll show youAlessandro’s location.”

I click my tongue. “Sneaky woman.”

She shrugs.

I press a quick kiss on her cheek, andshe shadows me from the house, ordering the remaining guards in Italian to letme leave.

I toss the guns on the passenger sideand peel from the property the second I’m behind the wheel.

Thankfully, Alessandro’s locationshows on Sofia’s tracking app. Wherever he stops, I’ll head there and stay low, providing backup if he needs it.

Vincenzo came through for me,pinpointing the warehouses I should check.

The previous four locations were onlybusinesses with no shady operations.

Slowing down outside the port with thefifth and final warehouse, I spot guards patrolling the area.

My pulse accelerates when I glimpseZeno speaking to one of the guards. He disappears into the building shortly.

None are aware of our presence, and weneed that advantage to rescue my little brother and stop ZenoCostantinionce and for all.

Filing out of the car, I motion withmy hand for the men to gather around me.

“Two teams,” I order in Italian. “Runi, your group will wait here for my signal. I’ll leadthe rest inside and free my brother. Then we take care of that bastard.”

Everyone nods in agreement.

We screw silencers on our guns, and Iwave for the men to disperse.

Two sneak ahead to secure the pathbetween containers, then give the all-clear signal.

We stay low and quiet as we movetogether. I check the building’s roof to ensure no one’s posted high.

Coming to a stop at the corner, I lookacross the yard. There’s a guard at the side of the warehouse.

After a quick check for others, Ishoot him in the head. He plummets to the ground without a peep.

Scurrying over, the men drag him backto the containers and hide his body.

Then we continue to the side door.

I open it a little and peek inside.

Two men are chatting and smoking. There’s no one else around. It’ll be easy to take them out securely since thewalls conceal this section.

I steady the gun and shoot the firstman, killing the second right as he’s about to grab his gun.
