“Do I get a reward for being such a good boy and not complaining about the sleeve?”
“I think a reward is in order.” Lee whispered next to Ash’s ear. “Let’s say we shower while you suck my cock, then we can go grab breakfast.” He took Ash’s mouth in a heated kiss. “Spend the day together.”
Ash blinked up at him. “Huh? I shorted out after the sucking your cock part.”
Lee gently patted his butt and Ash yelped. “Such a naughty boy.”
Ash grinned. “I thought that was the way you liked me.”
With one move, Lee swept Ash up in his arms, growling. “And don’t you forget it. Sleeve first, then peeing, then—”
“Cock sucking.” Ash wriggled in his arms.
Lee laughed. “Cock sucking in the shower. Then I take care of your butt.”
“Ooh, I like the sound of that. Are you going to ride my ass again like you’re with the Pony Express?”
Lee snorted. “No, we’re giving my poor pup’s ass a rest.” Lee set him down on the heated tiles of the bathroom. “Turn around. I want to see how your skin is doing after that spanking.” Lee frowned as he softly prodded at the darker patches of red. “I think you’ll have some minor bruising, but nothing too deep. I’ll rub some Arnica on it after we shower.”
Ash grasped Lee’s wrist. “It helped, Daddy.”
Lee believed he understood what Ash meant, but he wanted his boy to express it for himself. “In what way?”
Ash turned around and took Lee’s hands, locking eyes with him. “Like it brought everything full circle and now we’re starting over with a clean slate.”
“Clean slate is exactly how I feel, too.” Lee framed Ash’s face with his palms. “I’m not holding on to any hard feelings or regrets. We’re here together, in the now.”
Ash smiled. “In the now.”
* * * *
Ash held onto Lee’s hand as they strolled up an easy path near the lake. He still couldn’t believe this was really happening. A pang of guilt hit him over his sneaky scheme to get Lee back, and part of him felt he didn’t deserve the reward of having his dream come true. But Daddy had doled out a punishment and declared the incident over and done with.
Ash drew in a deep breath and exhaled with a smile. That was the beauty of having a Daddy to handle everything for him. He needed to embrace what he’d been yearning for all these years, accept that he was the luckiest pup alive and enjoy his time with Daddy. Give everything to Daddy and let him have control.
“Here. Let’s catch our breath on this bench. There’s an amazing view of the lake and mountains.” Lee paused. “Or we can stand if sitting on a hard surface is too difficult for you.”
Ash considered Lee’s offer. “I’ll give it a try. I can always kind of lean on my hip.”
Lee nodded. “You’ll let me know, right?”
“Of course, Daddy.”
Once they got settled, Lee cradled their joined hands in his lap.
“I found this spot a few years ago, I love it. it’s so peaceful.” Ash didn’t miss the glistening in Lee’s eyes. “I always wished I could bring you here.”
Ash placed his hand atop their joined ones. “I’m so grateful I can be here with you now.”
Lee glanced down, clearing his throat. He finally lifted his head and smiled. “I am, too.”
They sat on the cool surface of the bench, their hands still clasped together and Ash leaning his head against Lee’s shoulder. The heat between them helped ward off the chill in the light breeze. The forecast for that weekend hinted they could have a late spring snow, and Ash made a mental note to call Owen about the rest of his things. The denim jacket he had with him wouldn’t cut it in the snow.
Lee wrapped an arm around his shoulders. “Cold? You’re trembling.”
“It’s kind of breezy up here, but gorgeous.”
Lee gave him a light jostle. “That doesn’t answer my question. You’re supposed to tell Daddy when you need something.”
