“It was worth it just to see you in them one time. They look amazing.”

A large, bald tattooed man, dressed head to toe in leather, strolled by. His gaze lingered on Seth as he drank him in. Malcolm narrowed his eyes at the beast, and he shrugged then moved on.

Perhaps a little too amazing.

Seth glanced around. “Well, you’re the hottest man here, Daddy. So, I doubt anyone’s even noticing me.”

Malcolm tried not to choke on his own spit. “You’re a sweetheart. Then I take it you’re not too self-conscious wearing that shirt?”

There’d been a lot of back and forth over the shirt selections when they’d gone shopping earlier.

“I guess as long as I’m not in the bright light or something, no one can really tell.”

Malcolm had fallen in love with the deep wine-colored sheer button up dress shirt. Seth’s nipples were noticeable in regular lighting and had been quite visible under the fluorescents of the dressing room. Once Malcolm had explained the outfit would be much more subtle in a darkened club, Seth had agreed to wear it.

“The whole outfit is incredible, baby.” Malcolm gave him a peck on the lips. “Looks like the line is moving forward pretty quickly.”

He could sense Seth’s excitement—the way he craned his neck to peer around the patrons in front of them, his leg jiggling if they paused for even a moment and the way Seth kept running his fingers through his own hair.

Once it was their turn to check in, Malcolm was afraid Seth might explode. Fortunately, he didn’t detect fear or anxiety from Seth. He imagined Seth had been building up this moment in his head for a long time.

As soon as they were waved through, Malcolm entwined their fingers together and led Seth down the long hallway to the main area of the club.

Malcolm spoke next to Seth’s ear to be heard above the electronic dance beats. “Even though we can’t get any alcohol, do you want some seltzer or juice or something before we go to the dungeon?”

When Seth didn’t respond right away, Malcolm pulled back so he could see his expression. He frowned at how dazed Seth seemed to be. In the back of his mind, he’d filed away Seth’s remarks regarding Nate and Tina being there and seeing him freak out.

Tonight might not be the best time to expect Seth to decide even the simplest things on his own. Malcolm pulled him close again.

“Let’s get some cranberry juice, then grab a dance or two before we head to the dungeon.”

Seth whipped his head around and stared at Malcolm as if he hadn’t realized he was still there. He simply nodded.

Malcolm smiled and gave him a quick kiss.He just needs to get acclimated.

After getting their drinks, they stood together at the railing around the dance floor, people watching. Malcolm did his best imitation of casually taking in the sights, as opposed to compulsively checking his boy’s reaction to everything.

He wasn’t sure why he was so hyper-aware of Seth this time around. Seth had already been to the club, had been dancing—had even had his first alcoholic drink. Not that he expected Seth to be blasé about everything, but he wouldn’t likely be shocked by the revelers grinding on the dance floor.

It’s the dungeon.

Malcolm took a sip of his drink as he ran his palm up and down Seth’s back, the soft, filmy fabric allowing the heat of Seth’s skin to easily pass through the thin barrier to warm his own. The anticipation of finally facing the forbidden had to be gnawing away at Seth’s nerves.

He was about to step behind the curtain.

Malcolm continued to soothe Seth with touch, and as soon as he’d finished his juice, he set down his glass on the small counter edging the railing. He brought his hand down to Seth’s waist then wrapped his fingers around Seth’s hip. Malcolm swayed in time with the music, encouraging Seth to do the same. Soon, the solid mass of tension that Seth had been clinging to seemed to ease.

“Dance with me.” Malcolm brushed his lips over the shell of Seth’s ear. “I need you in my arms.”

Seth regarded him with a smile and took his hand. This time, his boy was the one that led them to the dance floor. When they’d wormed their way through the throngs of dancers to a less packed area, Seth turned around. He launched himself into Malcolm’s arms, seeming to give himself over to Malcolm’s care. Malcolm embraced his boy and they picked up on the sensuous rhythm of the music.

One electronic dance song bled into the next as they moved together. They touched each other everywhere, the tease of naked flesh beneath their sensuous clothing heightening the experience. He needed to find more reasons for Seth to wear the tight as fuck, PVC jeans. The cage had been left off Seth for that very reason, but the knowledge that Seth carried a plug inside him instead, made Malcolm wish thathewas wearing a cage.

“I love you, baby.” They needed to head to the dungeon soon, or Malcolm wouldn’t be able to stop himself from escaping the club so he could ravage his boy at the hotel. “Time to check out the dungeon.”

Seth’s hold tightened around Malcolm’s neck, then after a brief pause, he relaxed and nodded. “I love you too, Daddy. Let’s go.”

Instead of going back the way they’d come, they crossed to the other side of the dance floor where they were met by a grand, black archway. They passed beneath the imposing façade and made their way down another hall to the dungeon entrance. The closer they drew to the double doors that opened into Club Surrender’s dungeon, the tighter Seth’s grip became around Malcolm’s hand.
