“You’re all right, Little one,” Salem told her. “Everything is fine. You’re okay.”

She took a deep breath as she glanced up at him. “Salem?”

He smiled down at her. “I’m here. So are Alexei and Roman. You’re all right. You’re right here with us. I have you. I’m not letting go.”

“Sorry.”

“You have nothing to be sorry about.” Alexei walked out of the bathroom.

Shoot. She hadn’t even been aware that he was out of the room. He carried a warm cloth in his hand.

What was he going to do with that?

Roman held up a drink to her mouth. “Drink that down. You need the hydration. And you need food.”

“Coffee,” she said before sipping the drink.

“Caffeine will dehydrate you further.”

She growled at him as Alexei parted her legs and started to wipe her clean.

Okay, that was unexpected.

But definitely not unpleasant. A shiver ran through her as she moved her mouth away from the bottle.

“No one gets between me and my coffee,” she told Roman. “It’s my bestest friend. I don’t need anything else.”

“What about food?” Roman asked.

“Nope.”

“What about cuddles?” Salem asked.

Um.

“And orgasms,” Alexei said with a grin.

“Oh fine. Maybe I need some other things.”

“Are you feeling better, Little one?” Salem asked.

“Yes, Daddy,” she said just as her tummy started to rumble.

“See. I told you that you needed food,” Roman stood and moved to the door. “I’m going to make porridge with walnuts and dates.”

She wrinkled her nose. “How about pancakes with maple syrup and whipped cream?”

Roman turned. “How about porridge with walnuts and dates and I’ll add some maple syrup and a large cup of coffee.”

“You’ve got yourself a deal.”

“Papa, can we play outside?” Tamsyn looked up from where she was building a huge tower of blocks.

Next, she grabbed one of her monster trucks and lined it up. Alexei was muttering to himself as he attempted to put an antique changing unit together. The playroom was a work in progress, and she was loving how it was coming together. Salem had sourced her a large sleigh bed and put the comforter she’d chosen on it and her beanbag chair was at the end of the bed, while a huge rocking chair sat next to the head of the bed.

“I have to get this put together,Malyshka,” he explained. “And it’s too cold for you outside.”
